Effect:This card cannot be Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field.This card cannot attack in the same turn it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points' date=' this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.This card can only be Normal Summoned by sacrificing 3 monsters. If this card is Special Summoned, it will be destroyed during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Special Summoned. This card is unaffected by Trap cards. If this card is to be targetted by an effect of a Spell Card, this card returns to your field during the End Phase of the turn that this card has been selected as a Spell target. This card's original ATK and DEF is equal to the number of cards in your hand x 1000. When your opponent sets a monster, as long as this card remains face up on the field, if the monster set has a DEF equal to or lower than 2000, the monster is automatically destroyed. When your opponent Normal Summons, Special Summons, or Flip Summons a monster, as long as this card remains face up on the field, if the monster summoned has an ATK equal to or lower than 2000, the monster is automatically destroyed, and the difference between the monster's ATK and 2000 will be inflicted to your opponent's Lifepoints.

Alright:

 

summoned (x2) = Summoned

sacrificing (x2) = Tributing

Trap cards = Trap Cards

face up = face-up

subtract = decrease (I think)

 

Wording overall seems off =/ For both cards infact.

 

They were similar so I had to base my final decision based on the images.
