How about this card?

Well... Seems a bit overpowered...

Imagine using this in a Deck full of Fire monsters. Paying 500 LP would summon at least 4 monster, besides having no apparent condition or limit for it. Imagine the mess someone could do with this... Maybe add some conditions such: "You can pay 500 LP: Special Summon as many possible Fire Monsters with 1500 ATK or less."

I'd like to help with the OCG, but I have no experience with this, so I'm leaving this to the professionals...

Allow me.

This monster cannot Must be Special Fusion Summoned except by Fusion Summon or Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. You can pay 500 LP; Special Summon as many FIRE monsters as possible of from your Graveyard or hand. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card in during the Standby Phase of your next turn.

First up, I have no idea what this "Phoenix" is, and it would help if you also generate the card.

Next, 500 LP is way too low for the ability to Soul Charge from both Graveyard and hand. Yes, it's limited to FIRE monsters, but that restriction doesn't justify being able to lay down what can amount to a game-ending combo. I would steeply raise the cost to somewhere between 1500 to 2000 LP per monster to make it incredibly risky to flood the field this way.

Exactly, imagen this card in a Jarrack deck, or laval, or flamveal,

Jurracs haven't been relevant for who knows how long, and latter two are iffy. (Remember that this card needs Warriors, which Jurracs aren't and the latter two aren't so much either). Main FIRE threats now are probably Infernoids (although they're already Nomi themselves), Fire Fists (but they have no use for this card) and some other stuff.

(I would assume Boxers would find some use, but they have no room for Poly)

Well, until we know what the heck this Phoenix is, don't know how easy this thing can be used.

But yeah, the cost definitely needs to go up because it generates more OTKs than needed.

[spoiler Phoenix]This monster Cannot be Special Summoned except by your only its own effect. If this card is destroyed by battle: Special Summon this card during the Standby Phase of your next turn.

I'm going to assume that you can't Special Summon Phoenix with cards like Call of the Haunted and the only way to do so is by its revival effect. Since you have to Tribute Summon it, it's rather underwhelming. Even cards like Vampire Lord and Vampire's Curse can be brought forth by other means like Pyramid Turtle.

[spoiler Great Phoenix]"Phoenix" + 1 FIRE Turner monster + "Phoenix"
When a monster you control destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can pay 1000 LP; and Special Summon 1 "Phoenix Token" (Winged Beast-Type/FIRE/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 700) in face-up Attack Position. When have While you control a "Phoenix Token" in the field, this monster card is unaffected by other card effects.

Great Phoenix is actually acceptable, seeing how you have to go through the effort of Summoning Phoenix first.

[spoiler Super Phoenix]2 Level 8 FIRE monsters
You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster on the field and apply activate 1 of these effects:
If the *Target 1 monster targetd is of your side of the field, you control; it gains 1000 increase the ATK in 1000 permanently.
If the *Target 1 monster targetd is of the side of your opponent controls; it loses 1000 decrease the ATK in 1000 permanently.

Super Phoenix is underwhelming. Although 1000 ATK might allow your monsters to surmount obstacles they couldn't beat before, there are better things to be done with Xyz Material.
