Still doesn't do anything against Castel, Omega (or in other words, whatever banishes/bounces stuff or even things like Number 101 / CyDra Infinity / Big Eye). But I guess it has its uses for protecting your stuff in battle or something, or MST attempts on backrow / Scales.

Yeah, I guess it lets your Kozmo ships survive a raigeki/dark hole, which are limited and semi accordingly, and you can chain it onto twin twisters to make your opponent outright minus. No big deal, just two of the most prominent cards in the game. 

 

All in all, this card seems quite helpful, but not overpowered, since there are, indeed, many ways to get around it. But, by the logic of something having a flaw meaning it's bad, then Pendulums are bad because they can be destroyed like spells. Chaining this card onto anything that involves destruction would put your opponent at a blatant disadvantage, particularly if your deck is vulnerable to destruction. It doubles almost as a waboku, as well, which is quite helpful.

 

It could even save your OTK from a Needle Ceiling, if need be.
