Yes, old outdated card, completely useless with Goyo around. But what do you think about this? Its an Insect, which means revivable by Gigaplant, its also DARK, so it can pretty much be abused by the many DARK cards around. I might make a Deck around this actually

Actually it isn't as useless. Both Goyo and Crusher both can only attack once per turn anyway. Goyo only Specials in Defense. Brain Crusher can Special in either Attack or Defense. Plus, Insects have some more Special Summon support and this can be comboed with Doom Dozer if things turn for the worse.

We got it as a Spirit Caller promo, And we had to wait til Wc08 to get it.

Still.. Its a lvl7 with 2400.

Id much rather use Morphtronic Celfon.

 

This and goyo are somewhat balanced out. Since its an insect, its Gigaplantable. Its DARK which, is means its somewhat supportable, and unlike Goyo, it can be summoned in Attack or Defense Position.

 

Goyo, however, Has 400 more A and is pretty much easier to summon.

with "A" counters alien mother has more attack, and going on insect support this is hardly better, notice how amazing the new alien support is

notice how amazing the new alien support is(Notice how nobody has any expeirence with the new aliens yet so theirs no way to tell for sure how Awesome they will do.)

Wow. =/ I almost cried when I read this.

 

A single A-Counter in an Alien Deck is "too situational" to make a significant difference? Lrn2aliens.

 

Gigaplant completely rules out all Alien support?

 

The third one's the best. There's no way to tell if something's broken if it hasn't been run yet? If this were true, balance wouldn't even be a factor when rating custom cards. If you can't see a good effect until someone else has demonstrated to you that it's a good effect in a duel, you shouldn't be playing this game. Even IF your failed logic did apply, CRMS has been in Japan for around 3 months.

 

And then when someone reasonably ccounters your argument, you're apparently too good for them and they aren't worth your time because they "can't accept criticism". You aren't critiquing anything. You're spewing a nonsensical argument and upon being proven wrong you leave, provide no counter argument, and tell toni he "isn't worth your time." He's one of the better deckbuilders here. You have yet to prove squat. I'd rethink who's worth whose time here.

 

Oh, and for the record, there're much better targets for Gigaplant than Brain Crusher, especially considering that Gigaplant's a Plant and can convert the new wave of Plant support, whereas a random Insect-Type monster slotted in only as a Gigaplant target won't be nearly as useful as something like Tytannial, which can also adapt to the environment of Plant support. Tytannial's a better Gigaplant target, and Goyo outclasses this anywhere else, leaving ol' Brain Crusher in the dung it was found it, otherwise known as random Insect piles, which wouldn't stand a chance when faced with the Decks of today.

I always thought this card Special Summons the monster it destroys but not only it doesn't specify a Battle Position, but it doesn't say "Special Summon it on your field" anywhere. so I always thought this card only returned to my opponent the monster I just destroyed, and looked at this card as a waste of effort.

I see now that I was wrong but the card still needs more insect support or it won't see any play at all.. also.. goyo outclasses this card by stats, ATK, and the fact that it doesn't take any space in your main Deck. only comes when its needed and being a synchro makes it faster.

i really loved this card back when Gigaplant and Lonefire came out. :) it helped me win a lot of duels.
