Well John, I am not quite sure but i do not believe that Damage Step should be capitalized but I am really not certain... Oh yes its Battle Phase not Damage Step if im thinking right. spell card should be Spell Card.

nice card. OPd for a 1 tribute. it cant be destroyed in battle then, so really OPd for 1 trib and 2400atk

I think damage step is capitalized, here why:

 

 

To dorgeismydog: What happens if you run out of spell cards to discard? I purposefully made it spell cards only so there would be a chance you'd run out.

but then youd stack your deck with more spell cards that relate and have more chance. AND even saying u only run 8-10m spells, its still too easy, too many times.

I consider mole to be almost if not just as dangerous as this card. Sychros fall prey to gran mole, they don't go back to your hand. I've lost duels because of him bouncing tribute monsters before. Stardust dragon being everywhere limits hikaroku's playability. You might have a point there though, only play testing will tell.

I think the name goes like:

Hikaroku - The Photon Magician

[Amethyst Phoenix]

Lower his attack and make him a level 4 or lower,then he'll be balanced. If you notice, monsters with powerful effects like that (such as grand mole for instance) are weak in that stats department. This is done to balance them.
