The card is OP. The only downside is it has 0 ATK and DEF. you destroy every card except the cards in the decks plus every card after this card basically is a vanilla. Wht demented was saying is this one card can do wht all those cards he listed can do.

How is it not helpful? They've given you specific cards that are all rolled up in your one card's effect and telling you that's too much for one card. How do you not find that helpful.

 

Basically, the cost of the card (2 tributes, or a special summon effect) does not offset the wide effect this card has on the duel. Hand and field nuke from just a simple summon is too powerful.

this critisism is as helpful as its going to get. I like the pic. but your card is horrible, Dark Hole is banned!, heavy storm is ban-worthy, card destruction is limited. this card is a free "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the Beggining"

 

you have some basic OCG errors like Summon. and don't have the effect in a spoiler or at least copy/pasted under the card to make things easier to us.. these are common mistakes coming from a N00b! buy I see you are a legendary member.. I'm disapointed of this thread, sorry :(

The only way to make this card really, really balanced is to have a really big cost. Such as Tributing 5 Monsters and discarding 5 cards from your hand. Also, the only way to Summon this card is only Special Summoning it, if not this card is unplayable.

It has no ATK at all. So we have Limit Reverse to pop it up.

 

OH WAIT. If it ever hit the field, everything for the remainder of the Duel is negated, as far as effects go! So Limit Reverse would just get negated, LOL.

 

I'm thinking that you rock, but this card doesn't really sway. If I ran a Deck with 38 Normal Monsters, this, and 1 obscure card to play it, then I'd be set for life. <_<

just like gandora but without removing them and without paying LP. also without destroying .

but then you will need to add a slight extra to it like "Then, draw 1 card" or "negate the effects of all Spell & Trap Cards until the End Phase" or maybe gain/inflict LP (but not much) to make it usable... is that good enough?
