but then you will need to add a slight extra to it like "Then, draw 1 card" or "negate the effects of all Spell & Trap Cards until the End Phase" or maybe gain/inflict LP (but not much) to make it usable... is that good enough? :)

When we say it is too powerful, this is where you go and change it so it isn't as powerful. We can't just tell you what to do, otherwise it would hardly be considered you own card...

 

May I suggest not having it destroy and discard as much stuff (you can choose what to get rid of), give a little ATK and/or DEF, and give it some drawback.

Wait, does it get destroyed by it's own effect? If it does, then I suppose it doesn't need ATK or DEF.

 

Edit: Now looking at it more closely, it is destroyed by it's own effect. However, when you say, "destroy all cards on the field," you should include, "including this card." Just to make it easier.

During the turn this card is Normal Summoned, every card on the field is destroyed and both players must discard their entire hands. All effects are negated after the activation of this card's effect.
