Here's the card:1 non-Tuner monster + 1 Dark TunerWhen your opponent Normal Summons or Special Summons a monster, you can pay Life Points equal to the Level of the summoned monster x 200. If you do, the summoned monster is treated as a Normal Monster and has its effect(s) negated. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up monster on your field to increase your Life Points by its Level x 100. When there are 6 or more cards on the field you can send this card to the Graveyard to destroy all cards on the field, you skip your Battle Phase. Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase of a turn this card is sent to the Graveyard by its own effect. I may lose this time....>.<...but well there it is...yay!
