I didn't look at the entire list, but I'm pretty sure, knowing SephirothKirby, everything in that last, except for Superalloy Beast Raptinus, is banworthy, or possibly banworthy.

 

You're probably one of those people that want to ban cards based on the Current Meta.

Necromill OTK would like a word with you. Ban one card to have another at 3 is not a bad move IMO.

@ person who said raptinus is bannable: first, geminis have to not suck. then we can ban raptinus.

cylinder is not terribly overpowered. pity be the guy who actually attacks with a freaking beefstick while his opponent has face down mts. the card isnt used at all, thus it doesnt matter. furthermore it has a counterpart: dimensional wall.

fgd has one effect: if you play future fusion, pitch 5 dragons of your choice into the grave.

thats his effect. his entire effect. if you actually manage to summon him him, whoopdeedoo, it will just be killed. oppression, bottomless, mirror, sakuretsu or d prison, all sorts of crap. or they could just roar, and next turn kill it with any number of cards that are just too tldr to count.

hell, in this meta, you could attack a freaking alius, thunder king, or lumina and get honestd.

 

oh my bad, i forgot dragons mirror, which lets you remove all your bullets to get out a beefstick. and by bullets, i mean everything you could possibly use to win once they kill your silly fivedickdragon. almost all dragon decks rely on dragons in the graveyard. dragons mirror kills you in order to summon a 1 time beefstick that will hurt, but likely not kill.

even if you do get an attack off, its just going to deal 5k at max. not even an otk.

the only reason any /good/ dragon deck should use 5god is to use future fusion. and then, the goal is /not/ in any way, shape, or form to summon fgd. the goal is to ditch 5 dragons.

if you dont understand this, youre bad at whatever dragons youre playing.

gigaplant is alright. hes used. not in black garden, which is generally, ime, the better of the plant archetypes. gigaplants a real cool guy, he summons a plant or bug and doesnt afraid of anything. however, since hes never normal summoned, he doesnt really have a problem getting off that gemini summon. hes a pretty cool guy and doesnt afraid of anything, but i would rather run double summon in a plant deck (or ultimate offering, actually), then run a convoluted fusion for one card. granted i could also troll blazewing, but even then, its not worth it.

what would you even run to summon it? poly? bad. future? eh, maybe to ditch, but thats one odd card that pitches 2 out of your deck. you cant even prisma with raptinus. ultimate offering would probably fit better in that kind of plants anyway.

 

 

il blud, on the other hand, is a real gay guy, and does afraid of a lot of things. like a good zombie player (most recent meta) who wouldnt even run it. hes a troll. he summons other zombies, but then theyre on a freaking lifeline to him. if he dies, they go, and he has no real protection. tribute monsters generally dont run well with zombies. the only reason kokki runs with zombies is because hes lvl 6 and has 24 attack. hes a tuner and a beater. il blud, on the other hand, while he could tune, it would completely destroy his other effect. itd be retarded. hes just generally crappy. and now you want to run raptinus with this crap? fusions? in zombies? ya. ok. poly 2 il bluds together. have fun. or future it. gj.

il blud is bad. giga is alright, but garden is generally a better plant build, so meh.

raptinus should never be run, because there is never a reason to run him.

hes not bannable, and his effect could only be conceived as good if there were geminis enough to make it worth it.

actually, only even in a gemini deck. or one that absolutely needed to pitch geminis to the grave. and then youve only got freaking future fusion. lovely.

Chimeratech and Raigeki are easily overpowered. Chimeratech is part of a rather easy 2-card OTK' date=' Raigeki skillessly takes out all your opponent's monsters with no activation requirement.

 

And Magic Cylinder is not overpowered although rather dangerous if at 3.

hrm.

let me put this another way.

lets say you use dragons mirror while two gigaplants are in the graveyard.

congrats, you just removed 2 cards from play in order to give them a support. now unless you have the third gigaplant on hand, ready to summon, or ddr (yet /another/ card you have to add to the deck build. plants dont generally run with removal, so its further situationally specific, aka bad), you will have just wasted all the gigaplants in your deck.

 

now, zombies generally work better with remove from play, because theyre used to it. even then, its still niev.

 

 

i tell you what though.

if you can make a plant or zombie deck that uses raptinus effectively, and is better off for the addition, i will eat my grand mole and take back all arguments.

until then, shut up, its a bad card because it supports a bad archetype with very few even usable members.
