Crow™
We all know (hopefully) that this card was the cover card from Crimson Crisis and one of the strongest /Assault Modes from that same set. But, how useful is this card really? Let's discuss.....^This card's art is a win....
Sunshine Jesse
It pretty much goes like this.SDA/Assault~gigantic gap~RDA/AssaultThe rest.
CrabHelmet
It pretty much goes like this.SDA/Assault~gigantic gap~RDA/AssaultThe rest. Pity it doesn't. At all. It's more like this: Tier 1 Stardust Dragon/Buster Tier 2 Arcanite Magician/BusterDeathkaiser Dragon/Buster Tier 3 Hyper Psycho Gunner/BusterRed Dragon Archfiend/BusterColossal Fighter/Assault Mode Seriously, this card is trash. The Dark Hole effect activates at the worst possible time: it nukes the field after this card has attacked, and destroys any other monsters with which you could have attacked. And let's not forget that forcing you to lose all your other monsters isn't exactly a good thing anyhow. And since it has nothing other than the Dark Hole effect going for it, it severely lacks redeeming qualities.
Sunshine Jesse
Can we name one GOOD thing about this card? Aside from the lolATK and the fact that it can OTK With like a 10 card combo

Aside from the lolATK and the fact that it can OTK With like a 10 card combo Don't bother mentioning that "it can OTK" is said OTK isn't notable. Any card in the game can be part of an OTK under the right conditions.
GenzoTheHarpist
This + Megamorph + axe of despair is an OTK under the right circumstances. See how easy this is?
BulletMan
This + Megamorph + axe of despair is an OTK under the right circumstances. See how easy this is? But how easy is it to Summon him? Thats 2 cards above, then you need about 2 cards for the Synchro Summon(Summoner Monk + discard Spell, with him Summoning Rose, Warrior of Revenge), Synch to Red Dragon. Then set Assault Mode Activate, wait a turn, then (if succesful) activate it, Summon the /Assualt Mode. Then if you need to clear the field, Use Heavy Storm/Trunade/Lightning Vortex/whatever, and attack. How wonderful! That took atleast 5 cards with set up! We could just have used Exodia! Yay! Infinitus
Well this card is a field clearer, and Stardust blocks effects. With RDA/Assualt mode field clear effect and Stardust's blocking, they are UNSTOPPABLE. Has anyone else noticed this? These are a perfect match
「tea.leaf」
The concept of Assault Modes kind of failed from the start, and this card's lackluster effect doesn't change that.

CrabHelmet
This + Megamorph + axe of despair is an OTK under the right circumstances. See how easy this is? The X-L dude pointed out the flaw in your plan. And when the X-L dude is pointing out the flaw in your plan' date=' you know your plan sucks. Not to mention that you're only using this as BEWD +500 ATK anyhow. You may as well just use BEWD, and get the extra 500 ATK some other way. Well this card is a field clearer, and Stardust blocks effects. With RDA/Assualt mode field clear effect and Stardust's blocking, they are UNSTOPPABLE. Has anyone else noticed this? These are a perfect match RDA/Assault is a Dark Hole effect, not a Raigeki effect. Using it kills your own Stardust/Assault. Not to mention that getting both out together would be somewhere on the order of a 6-card combo.
「tea.leaf」
The concept of Assault Modes kind of failed from the start' date=' [/quote']except for Stardust's AM. That is ACTUALLY useful, unlike the others.. Even in the case of SDD/AM, its effect is still not worth the hassle. Despite being listed in nearly every Extra deck, I've never seen it in play. People don't waste their time because SDD doesn't win; it's hardly possible SDD/AM will see any play either.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Well the only way to avoid the RDA/AM Dark Hole effect, would probably ATTACK with your other monsters first, then blitz with RDA

The point I was trying to make is that something having situational OTKs doesn't make it any good.

Mr. Judgment Dragon
It is worthless. It's a downgrade from its previous form IMO. For 500 extra ATK, it isn't worth it. You may as well use Axe of Despair on RDA instead of using Assault Mode Activate to summon this. More ATK and no crappy effect that destroys all your own Monsters at the worst possible time.
