This card cannot be Special Summoned except by "Assault Mode Activate". Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can select an Equip Spell Card from your Deck and add it to your hand. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard. I'm fairly unsure about it, to be honest. I removed it's second effect, which prevented it's destruction by destroying an Equip Spell Card, because of every /Assault Mode's effect which Special Summons it's respective Synchro Monster.Meeh, tell me what you think.
