I'm pretty sure SS4 Goku would be no more powerful than Ichigo. Hell Ichigo can't even use this new thing properly. I think it's a very fair fight. Anyone who isn't named Superman, Sephiroth, or Light Yagami won't come close to beating Goku and Goku is automatically declared the winner.
