Merci
....Indeed. But it's not like it can play out any other way, right? And it is kind of encouraging to know that Kakashi's still hanging onto Obito's old words despite what happened to him, and Naruto's also unknowningly hanging onto it, himself not actually knowing the source of all this. Also, since Obito's story had been told in flashbacks, it appears as though Kakashi and co are never going to discover the truth about how all this had been possible, and why Obito ended up like this. (still waiting for the whole Mizukage manipulating thing AND the relevance of Rin to be resolved)
Phantom Roxas
I still feel like Obito became a different character once his mask was destroyed, although it could just be that without the mask, there is no point in maintaining the ruse. Regardless, I like the idea of him using the giant shurikens as weapons like how Axel uses his chakrams.

I was feeling the same way, but that's probably a good explanation. The Mizukage thing and Rin should be explained in upcoming chapters hopefully. My question right now is how did Naruto go from exhaustion to being able to take on Obito and Madara with no sweat?

Fusion X. Denver
In the anime, they're doing a filler episode where Kakashi fights the Mist Ninja Swordsmen that use the needle sword and exploding sword. It could be dope.
Kakashi Hatake
Hopefully it is. I don't really watch any of the anime though.
Strider Tigerwolf
[spoiler=What I liked about this chapter...was again, not in this chapter.] I want to see more hand to hand Madara/Obito vs. Naruto/Kurama/Killer Bee/Gyuki/Naruto(clones)/Kakashi/Guy action, and it looks like Kishi is planning to give the readers just that on the next chapter...unless he somehow turns it back to Tsunade and the rest of the Kages. Kakashi Hatake
Not a fan of the manga when a lot of people are fighting or the fights are really detailed. It makes it really hard to understand. Like, in the newest chapter. That explosion on the last page. Where did that come from?!
Strider Tigerwolf
It was from Gai's attack. The backlash as the tiger blew it's spiraling energy into something that looks like Nartuo's Rasenshuriken. Least, that's what I interpreted. And I don't exactly want more details, I just want more fighting in general. Oh wait...
Kakashi Hatake
It looked like Naruto did a Rasenshuriken but I didn't see it so I was confused.
Strider Tigerwolf
It's probably the way kishi drew it. Btw...where's the shockwave that comes with the attack?
FTW (For The Wynn)
It's probably the way kishi drew it. Btw...where's the shockwave that comes with the attack?Probably offscreen. Anyway, new chapter was alright. More reminiscing about the past to keep their fighting spirits up. I'd like to see Killer B actually do something in these fights again. I feel as if he hasn't really done anything since the Jinchuriki Paths disappeared. Also, they keep alluding to the idea that Kurama seems to have more chakra than the other 8 tailed beasts put together. Naruto only has half of Kurama's chakra inside of him, and think of all he's done in 1 day of the war. Dozens of clones, multiple high powered attacks, and a tailed-beast ball that was stronger than the combined tailed-beast ball of 5 tailed-beasts. It could be dope. HELL YES. Needle Guy (Okay, his name is Kushimaru, but seriously, it shows how utterly wasted they were if we can't remember their names) was the one I was most excited to see battle, so the fact that that's getting animated is quite the relief. Monkey
I think I might need to tune into the Anime now just so I can see the Seven Swordsmen, or at least some of them. The Anime should showcase the all Swords that we don't know about. And about the Manga, it just seemed like a typical fight chapter to me. Chakra draining, cuts and stabbing, dramatic life saving grab, then the chapter ends with a burst of energy and power. Hopefully the Mokuton Dragon gets more screen time because I really like it for some reason. Also, I was expecting more if Obito's techniques to be showcased, rather than his taijutsu. Fourthly, it interested me that Kakashi used Kamui on himself, so that means that Kakashi and Obito's MS do the exact same thing despite other MS's differing based on whether or not they're the right or left eye? Phantom Roxas
It's been shown that Mangekyo abilities depend on the person. Shisui's Kotoamatsukami was present in both eyes, while having abilities unique to each eye seems to apply only to Sasuke and Itachi. Whether that's due to them being brothers or just lazy writing on Kishimoto's part, I can't say.

I always had the theory that even though Minato sealed half of Kurama's Chakra inside Naruto and the other half himself, that Kurama while inside naruto could have restored his chakra back to normal levels and Naruto just physically adapted to those levels. Kakashi Hatake
http://www.mangapanda.com/naruto/609The face at the top right pretty much summed up my view on this chapter.
Fusion X. Denver
Normally I'd call BS on Kurama being able to give Kakashi chakra, but it makes sense when you think back to Itachi transferring his eye techniques to Sasuke or Chiyo transferring her chakra/life force into Gaara, so I'll let that slide.Clever trick on Kurama's part. And the throw made me lol. That Juubi...
Phantom Roxas
This chapter was at least better than the past couple of ones we had. As for Kurama being able to give chakra, I thought it was okay since he channelled it through Naruto, although it could be because he's gotten nicer. Glad we finally get to see the Jyuubi. Fusion X. Denver
I was afraid it'd simply be a bigger Gedo Mazo for a second when Madara mentioned it was the Juubi's empty shell. This was a lot better than expected and I think it's kinda cool-looking.I think the good guys are f*cked right now though.
Phantom Roxas
I don't know why you thought it would be an empty shell. I was under the impression that Gedo Mazo was like a Jinchuuriki, and that it would radically change shape once it went into its beast form. Besides, we've seen it's silhouette before, so we should have expected it to look different.
Blake
I think I might make my next avi Kurama's trolling expression. Kept me amused from the moment he first showed up.
FTW (For The Wynn)
I think the reason that the Gedo Mazo statue was human in appearance is meant to parallel the idea that the Tailed Beasts are sealed in humans. Maybe there's more to it, but that works for me. Anyway, good chapter. Fairly humorous right up to the end. As for the situation, I think the giant army will arrive soon to aid with the fight.
