can you use the form on pg.1. You can type in "don't care" in soe spots

Meh im not Legendery but the lower Levels needs some Tribute as well:

 

Name: Y.C.M Kao Backup

Attribute: Water

Level: 3

ATK: 0

DEF: 0

Type: Aqua

Sub-Type: Tuner

 

Effect Lore: This card can be Used as a substitute any Tuner monster for a "Y.C.M" Synchro Monster, Reguardless of any and All effects. When this card is Used As a Synchro Materal, Remove it from play. When this card is Removed from Play, Pay 500 Life points (This is not Optional) and Special summon it During your next Standby Phase to your side of the Field.
