I got another Card Idea for You:

 

Name: Star Power!

Normal, Equip, Continuous, Ritual, Field, or Quick-play: Continuous

Lore: This card Cannot be Activated unless a Face-up "Yugioh Card Maker" is on the Field. When a "Y.C.M" Monster is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, Role a Die. The Following Monster Level become Equal to the Die Role and The monster gains the Following Effect:

1: This card Gains 100 ATK

2: This card Gains 300 ATK

3: This card Gains 500 ATK

4: This card Gains 1000 ATK

5: This card Gains 1500 ATK OR Add one "Thread Locked" To your Hand from your Deck or Graveyard.

6: This card Gains 2000 ATK OR Add one "Thead Locked" and "Banhammer" to your hand from your Deck Or Graveyard.

When "Yugioh Card Maker" is Removed from the Field, Destroy this card.

*"Y.C.M. - Lionheart" gains 1000 ATK.

*Your opponent loses 1000 Life Points.
