burnpsy
What the title says. I don't think I need to elaborate. It's hard to find a reliable site without ridiculous prices, and this doesn't seem like it would go in Q&A.
Mehmani
It's difficult to find one. I used to use CardEmpire until their stockers went bust, so now I use KoolKingdom, but KoolKingdom aren't that cheap.

Static
Ebay and Troll and Toad never fail. Strikezone has worked well for me, but my friend has been VERY UNSATISFIED with their services (ordered Dark Armed Dragon, they never sent it and took over 3 weeks to give him a refund). Shuffle and Cut has good prices on most cards (GK Guard for 50 cents, Spy for around what ebay sells it for, CP Spy for less than ebay has it for), but I have never actually made a purchase from them. I do all my buying through ebay, and I have only seen guys like T&T, Strikezone, gamingbroker, etc...

JAELOVE
When looking at all the vendors at Nationals, Comic Odyssey (the store that started it all) got by far the most business because it had the fairest prices. Just wait 'til Kenny So gets the web designer up for the Odyssey online store and I bet nothing will match those prices :).
