"Dad, I think Sin's the bigger threat," said Garnet. "The time bomb doesn't go off until the very last minute of the very last day, that's about ... seven or eight months. Whereas Sin ..." She trailed off, hoping they understood her grave point.

Zack then calmed down greatly at the hearing of a normal conversation. His fake smile was now geniune, and he wasn't jumpy. He then said "Yeah. If you just lay back, feel the breeze, etc. If you like this, you should try this clearing in the woods that's simply amazing. I go there to think, and calm down. I come up here when I want to do that, and fly too. My wings don't seem to be working right now, since they flew so hard. How are you doing? Anything new?" He had the largest, most painful feeling in his stomach of regret when he asked those questions. He hoped that the conversation would go back into a normal one, or it would stay as a normal conversation.

AJ shrugged. "I didn't know about the time bomb until u told me just now." He then nodded. "But your right, Sin won't take his time finding the items. We have to stop him ASAP."

 

Athrun just sighed. "This deal with the Emtion Knights and Sin is pretty big. From what we know Sin is busy collecting the 7 Millenium Items and my dad is trying to stop him. Garnet is just busy being herself, and my Uncle Damion and Mr. Rhodes are trying to hook up me and my friend Joanna." He laughed. "Things are getting crazy around here if u ask me."

Zack then laughed as well, with a stitch of relief inside him that he didn't ask him to help with anything. He then said "Well, I try to stay out of the evil forces thing, and just about all the dramatic stuff. It's just plain weird if you ask me. So I just keep out of it. Maybe it's not the best thing to do, maybe it is." He shrugged with an 'I don't know' look on his face. He was glad that he finally heard a somewhat normal conversation here.

"I see what you mean. But then again even though i want to say the same thing, i can't. My friends need my help, and even though i know the dangers i'll do what i can to help get done what needs to be. I don't want to see my family or friends get hurt just becuase i may get hurt in the process." He then thought of Joanna. "I have people important to me that i need to protect."

Zack then sighed a sigh of anger and annoyance. His one and only normal conversation here was ruined. Completely. He forced his wings out, despite them probably not wanting to be out, and he backed up away from the two. He sprinted as fast as he could and jumped right off of the roof of the building. His angel wings caught a big gulp of air, and he flew through the air at high speeds, trying to get away from the whole darkness conversation. All he really wanted here, was normal problems. It just scary how much people continually talk about darkness, and stopping it, and demons, etc. He was getting pretty bored of how little common sense was around.

"If you feel that you have people you need to protect...i can understand that but...I have a score to settle with the shadow Realm Arthrun....is there a way that we can draw out the knights? or Sin? i dont care who i have to rip apart first im going to get some infromation on How i can go to the Shadow Realm!!!"

Athrun watched as Zack flew away. "He just wants a normal time here, and yet........he's far from normal." he thought. He then turned to the talking Raiden. "Sorry Raiden but there are some things i need to do before all that. If you see Joanna tell her i'm at the lighthouse!" With that Athrun took off towards the docks.

"Things will never be normal as long as the shadow realm exists" Raiden said to himself "And the Shadow Realm gains power with every duel perfomred with the duel monsters it would be impossible to eliminate the cards altogether" Raiden thought (so whoever has the cards is able to fight the shadow realm but also they give the shadow realm power)

Scarlet/Lucy walked upon the grounds of the academy carefully, with Scarlet having no fear of Bloodlust and Lucy completely filled ; overflowing it. Scarlet managed to take over Lucy's body, with Lucy being weaker mentally than Scarlet, it was nearly impossible for Lucy to break out of Scarlet's mind games. Scarlet bent her mouth into a malicious smile, resting her hand upon a tree that was nearby as she stopped to look around. She looked up at the sky, opening her mouth to show her tongue lapping across her teeth. After a few moments, she laughed maniacally at absolutely nothing.

Zack flew through the cool air with his wings spread afar, at high speeds and high altitude. He had his head stared at the ground, looking for someplace that no one would expect him to go. Just about everyone knew that he wanted a normal life, mainly because he either told him or their powers 'sensed' it. So, it would be obvious that for people to leave him alone, he'd be at the very core of the problem and mystery. He found the giant, gaping hole in the beach, that appeared to be about 12 feet radius that lead to the bomb as he flew threw the air, and he swooped down like a hawk to it's prey with his wings at full wingspan speeding down into the hole. When he got about 4 feet above the ground that was around the hole, he slowed down and turned upward, put his wings back into his back, causing him to land on his feet. He stared into the abyss of mystery, as the stench of mold blew into his nose. He jumped down into the gaping hole, landing on his feet. A shockwave of pain rapidly flew right up his legs and into his lower spine, only to disappear in a matter of seconds.

 

He stared into the darkness that seemed to go on forever, as the light from the surface shone down upon him. He exitted the preverbial light of safety into the seemingly endless darkness, when he found the ticking bomb with the indentations, continually ticking. There seemed to be plenty of time, yet the slow ticking made things seem as if the end was fast approaching..........because it was. Despite how much time there was, in a matter of months this whole island would end. He sat down in front of the bomb cross legged, staring into the clock of doom as it slowly counted downward.

Scarlet heard 2 rather unintelligent sounding voices in the distance and hid behind a tree, though Garnet probaly could of sensed the dark aura that was her feelings. She snarled gently, looking through her deck for her three Dark Dragons, which were Chthonian, Tyrant and Armed. After she struggled to find the 3 cards that she needed most in the current situation, she started to sneak closer to Garnet, hoping not to alert her of her rather corrupt presence.

Scarlet sighed in relief as Garnet teleported away from her and started to walk through the forest, holding a hand over her right hip as she raised her left hand in the air, a finger gently touching and killing the leaves that were growing off of the trees. When she thought she had got in far enough, she started to search for the 3 Dark Dragon again, hoping to find them this time and not be disappionted by them not showing up in her current deck.

"I'll need you to do some more spying for me. From what i heard from Nightshroud Sin is hiding in a cave on the east side of the island. I need you to go and see what he's planning. Also take note of the items he holds. This will give us a clue of which one he'll try for next."
