Lucy had fallen asleep from boredom. As soon as Bloodlust finished, she screeched one of biolith claws across the rough surface of the chalkboard, creating a disturbing and deafening noise to everyone in the classroom.

Garnet said nothing but instead she clenched her fists and a magical aura surrounded them both. If only Bloodlust knew ... not even her mum understood the full extent of her powers ... it seemed as if being possessed by a super evil lord was quite useful ...

 

"Wait, there's something wrong!" said Maiden sharply.

 

"What is it?" asked Garnet quickly.

 

"It just says your name. What about Athrun? He too has Crystal's blood ... yet she doesn't mention him ... if you ask me, I think Bloodlust doesn't realise Crystal has two children. Oh, Bloodlust's the name of the duel spirit."

 

"I KNEW IT!" said Garnet a bit too loudly. She immediately dropped her tone. "I knew it. This was the kind of thing mum warned me about before we came here ... that there was a possibility Bloodlust would be after us ... woah, I think mum knew more of her powers than I thought she knew ..." Suddenly all sound was blocked out. Garnet started; even she didn't know how much power she had inherited. Natural reflexes....

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"Dang that's loud!" he runs down to the unconscious Lucy and picks her up" Lucy! you okay?!" "where's the nurse in this building!"

[Althemia]

Bloodlust was able to let out a growl as she started to walk up the steps back to Lucy. She looked around the place & as she walked, she saw something that gleamed to her eye only. She forced it down & her eyes widened."M-my deck!? Hehehehe!" Bloodlust's tongue scraped at her fangs as she proceeded to walk the rest of the way up the steps.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Lucy woke up because of Ryu's shouting. "SHUT UP! I'm trying to sleep!" Lucy slumped back down on the desk and fell asleep again.

[Naimo]

Garnet and Maiden watched Bloodlust leave just as all sound returned. "Darn, we've got trouble this year ... why don't they teach us how to get rid of annoying duel spirits with a vengence against you? That would be more useful than stupid history of duelling."

[Althemia]

Bloodlust got a quick eye to eye with Garnet. With that, she smirked and a light on her hand flashed. "Little Garnet cant run now... I've got her tracked down to every place on my visor... Even if she decides to go 100 feet underground, I'll know exactly where she went..."

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

Ryu was dumbfounded. "uhm....okay, that'll work, as long as you aint dead" he sits back down.

[Naimo]

Pathetic. You can't trick a trickster unless you have a better trick, thought Garnet.

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"am I the only one hearing a spiritual catfight or what?"

[Althemia]

Oh dont worry, I've got many tricks Garnet... Including this handly little trick that'll keep you asleep at night, with me constantly keeping you awake... Bloodlust said to Garnet through telepathy.

[Naimo]

So ... little Bloodlust understands how to play. How's this for size? She suddenly teleported to the forest.

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"What the hey?" he looks around confused.

[Althemia]

Bloodlust followed. "Thanks for saving me the trouble of having to get you alone..." Bloodlust took a few steps closer to Garnet.

[Naimo]

Garnet grinned. At once she teleported 101 feet underground into a hidden shelter, exactly 1 foot furthur than Bloodlust could detect.

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"Uhm, teach? a student just vanished into thin air, can I be excused?" he asked the teacher responds yes as he runs outside to find out what the hell is going on"

"Gone off!? Well, simple..." Bloodlust goes exactly 110 feet underground. "I GOT HER!" Bloodlust laughs as she goes 9 feet up, to see Garnet.

[Naimo]

Garnet immediately disappeared again, but this time 500 feet. "Let's see her try it."

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"Where the hell could they have gone?" he looks around and tries sensing anything, but he can't feel a thing"

[Althemia]

"She's starting to anger me... BAD! VERY VERY BAD!" Bloodlust called upon her other forms to help her search. As she dispersed for 200 feet, her other forms went to 300, 400 and 500.

[Naimo]

At once Garnet vanished again, this time to the hall where she read a message. Grinning nastily, she made note of it, then waited for Bloodlust to find her.

"What do I do? why am I getting involved?""It's in your nature""Satsujin? where the hell are you?"I cannot appear on this earth for long, you must help Bloodlust""Help her? she's trying to kill a student! hello? hello? crap!"
