This thread needs to learn the meaning of timing, using it for Foolish is just making it a Confit that requires you to NOT draw Peten and leave him in the Deck, tributing it for a monarch gives you no extra Peten, why would you use this in Monarchs?

Because I didn't see the rulings on Peten until after posting this thread. Yeah. I didn't know how terribad the rulings made him or I would have never posted this. lol

Because it seemed like a really good card until I saw those rulings. By the way, ever tried maining Kuriboh in BW? It's basically like running a 36 card deck.
