blaze. Posted September 9, 2009 Report Share Posted September 9, 2009 If Devilian Song's effect doesn't end during the end phase, you can play it to decrease the levels until you get this. Miniaturize could work with level 5's, play Devilian Song, play Miniaturaize, now it's a level 3 to take! The level decreasing could help/hurt with synchro summoning, play a couple devilian songs/ miniaturize before activating Possesed Dark Soul, take contol of there big monsters. Odds are you won't take more then 2 monster with this effect and even then it isn't likely that the monsters you would want to take will be one the field for more then a turn. A free Triple Brain Control for bad stalling monsters and tuners just sitting on the field. Also, according to the rulings, if you take control of more monsters than you can fit into your side of the field when you tribute the cards, the other cards are just destroyed (not negatable by stardust). I don't see it being used unless Junk decks or Frogs become meta. It's anti-Snychro in-fact. Your opponent summons Junk Synchron, he's going to summon Stardust next turn. You just whip out this guy, take care of his other monsters, and your next turn, you win. It's 50-50 if your opponent almost has his/her powerful synchro out. But still, Lightning Vortex is better. I stole his Junk Synchron, Quillbolt, and Speed Warrior (He uses a Yusei Deck). He was pissed :P In short, this is one of the cards that had no use before. Now, it's amazing.
