Discard a number of cards to the Graveyard. Destroy and remove from play cards on the field equal to that number. When this card is removed from the field, discard your entire hand and destroy all cards on the field. Return this card to the Extra Deck during the End Phase, and Special Summon 1 "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" from your Graveyard. [spoiler=effect]All "Ice Barrier" monsters on the field gain 500 ATK and DEF. Once per turn you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Ice Barrier" monster from your hand or Graveyard. Once per turn you can add 1 Level 4 or lower "Ice Barrier" monster from your Deck to your hand. When an "Ice Barrier" monster you control is selected as an attack target you can discard 1 card and pay 500 life points to negate the attack. [spoiler=effect]Your opponent cannot Special Summon any monsters with more than 1500 ATK. Once per turn you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Ice Barrier" monster from your Deck. When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card you can Tribute 1 "Ice Barrier" monster you control to negate the activation of that Spell or Trap card and destroy it. When this card attacks a Level 5 or higher monster destroy that card after the Damage Step and gain Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. Also inflict damage equal to the number of cards destroyed...do you mean monsters during the Battle Phase or cards during the turn including Spell/Traps??Your Field Spell negates card effects that includes your governor so the ATK point increase on the card would be negated as would another ATK point increase along with any card that chagned your battle position. maybe edit it alittle to your opponents Spell/Traps and add a penalty to balance it out.like both wolf and healers effect but you may need to limit here special Summon ability otherwise she maybe too powerful a card with the second effect tooATK point increase on your cont. spell it too high and the ability of your Trap card absorber its too much too, maybe remove 1 low level monster.Both the next 2 Spellcasters are too powerful, bloking monster zones and stoppin level 5 and above from attacking and negating the effects too. also with a 1800ATK point card that can add Spell Cards. Your tuner is cool liked that alot, nice effect and well balanced!!The sea-Serpant is another powerful card due to its second effect...Im guessin the top card is the Synchro your refering too!? either way a level 4 for a synchro is a price anyone would pay with no real penalty. I shall stop there that will give you plenty of things to think about I hope bossman!! I can see what your going for you just nee to balance out the effects of your cards and then youd have a real kick-arse set, like the pics and the names too!! Whoops didn't see the field spell error. I'll change that. I've taken note of everything else you've said. Though next time can you please type a little neater? It's sort of hard to read. Anyways I've nerfed a bunch of cards to make it more balanced. Btw Briac's effect refers to Brionac which is a real yugioh card (It isn't in the US yet but it will be in Nov.) Frozen Judgment Posted September 22, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 22, 2009 Yes Ice Barrier cards are based around gaining field advantage but it's hard just basing all the cards on that >.< Plus effects like that'd get repetitive. There's still a lot of cards in there that does gain field advantage though. Blizzard is overkill but I don't feel like fixing it and the other cards right now.
