therefore, for Zoro's last effect I'd change it to you send all the equipped cards the card was equipped to back to your deck, then shuffle your deck

I thought it was going to be like Witch of the Black Forest's effect siphoned a little

 

but still, the burn effect looks reasonable in all the cases. Plus 300 per counter isn't too high a decrease either, so I'll give the card 9.9/10

"You can’t Summon or activate that card this turn" <----for this, you need to add "If you activate this effect" in front of that sentence

 

that's about it for the OCG though, and the balance is there for me to give it a 9.2/10

you forgot to say WHO you're inflicting the damage to. Yes we know it's to your opponent, but you have to say it

interesting to see why you didn't make it a WATER monster since the tokens it's summoning are WATER attribute

 

"inflict 500 damage to both player’s" should be "inflict 500 damage to both player's Life Points"

 

but other than that you did just fine for the card, I'll give it 9.6/10

only one thing I'd change in the newest card:

 

"If you do, the Summoned monster ATK becomes 0 and its effect(s) are negated. Destroy the Summoned monster during the end Phase of this turn." <---if it's going to last on the field for only 1 turn, I see no reason why it should remain a 0 atk weakling.

 

Either give it 0 atk but keep its effects then destroy it during the End Phase, or allow it to keep its atk power but lose its effects, then allow it to stay on the field

 

BOTH drawbacks are just a little too much on the UPed end

i put that uped drawback becuase i only try to use the summoned card how a combo with it own effect or a tribute for a tribute summon or synchro summon:) i dont want to use it effect, because that do it oped:) thanks for the rate:)
