the effect is very well balanced, though I was expecting the girl in the picture to look hotter

personally I wish you hadn't put Oranization XIII in the card name

 

it brings up bad memories

 

but nevertheless there's no OCG errors for it, so it gets 9.9/10

Nice card OCG is near perfect just switch Monster = monster. Overall the card is great maybe a little op'd and my rate is 9.5/10

a shame it only has 150 def though, maybe make that a bit higher
