1st sentence Tribute Summon should be Tribute Summoned

 

the "that" in the 2nd sentence isn't necessary, and it's opponent's, not opponent

 

you also need a max limit to undead counters it can hold

I like Gryphon King! It's like the Simorgh of your deck! I just think you should drop the "search your deck for..." and replace with "add 1 Wind-type monster from your deck with a ..." cos thats what's found on real TCG cards.

The Clocktower Zombie... "Each time cards are -sending- sent from...." Plus the OCG errors pointed out by Ragnarok1945-the-OCG-Mod above, you should be fine with its effect. I really think that you should set a limit to its counters...say 6?

given it has so much plant support, you might as well have also said it's also treated as a plant-type monster

 

First sentence you should have said Summoned, not Summon

 

and 600 atk per card in your hand might be a bit small since most of the time you'll have 1 to 3 cards in your hand, and 1800 atk is weak for lv7

 

I'd make it 700 atk per card in your hand instead

celebi & jolteon are pokemon so yeah real original. link..is obviously from zelda...and that toon bunny is bunny raven from the teen titans. take those out. other than that everything looks good nice job.

this one is balanced out

 

yes it gives extra summoning, but sea serpent monsters are usually harder to get out onto the field, and that makes it a VERY high cost for halving all your opponent's non WATER monsters for 1 turn

plus I'm surprised you didn't say it can't be Normal Summoned
