It is' date=' trust me. You have to do a lot of faffing around when it comes to getting the items you need and preparing, the best part is, you get the one alchemy recipe you'll ever need in the game, Recipe H, for Healing Tonic quite early, the first character's story.

Aw.

I was hoping for longer actually.

I like good RPGs that take craploads of time to finish. Atleast this game doesn't seem to have too many requirements to finish.

Well' date=' each story, from the get go is about 7 hours at least, it gets easier when you can go back in. Course, the characters take some getting used too, because you can't keep bashing at the enemies, because of the dreaded POW bar.

[/quote']

...POW bar?

Getting used too? Awwww.... Don't tell me some of them are irritating.

The POW bar is what you would call the stamina bar. If you attack too much, the character gets tired and vulnerable. Also, the first character you play is Gwendolyn, who fights with a spear. She uses aerial combos as her maint hing, because of her glide and strike combo. The next character is Cornelius, who combines ground and jump combos. Then you play as Mercedes, who focuses purely on long-range fighting, because she uses a cross-bow. Fyi, she doesn't get tired, she runs out of ammo, which means you need to reload every so often. Then it is Oswald, purely melee with a kickass transformation (drains POW like mad). Finally Velvet, who is medium-range, as she fights with a chain. It isn't too hard to master them, but it can be hard to get the rhythm right with some of the moves.

[b']That sucks ass.[/b]

So she's like Judith from Tales Of Vesperia? I already like her.

The next character is Cornelius, who combines ground and jump combos.

...Seems basic.

OH GOD. Not only am I horrible with archers, but she sounds like an ass to get used to with having to keep reloading.

A Transformation? Oh hell yes.

Finally Velvet, who is medium-range, as she fights with a chain.

Would've been better with a whip. D:

I dunno about this game.

I'll see if I can find it.

It is still quite fun, hoever, the most obnoxious thing is HP. Oswald and Cornelius have medium to high hP, because they're men. Gwendolyn also has medium to high hP because she's a warrior. Velvet and Mercedes have piss-weak HP, making them vulnerable (hence Mercedes long-range tactics). However, Mercedes one real shine is that she can infinite fly, meaning she can fire without being hit (usually). There is a potion that negates POW for a short while, once you either find it or find the recipe for it.

Make like 99 of that potion and you win the game? ;D

Unfortuantely no' date=' You have limited bag space. At the start, you have 2 bags, carrying 8 items apiece. You can buy more bags, ranging from sizes of 3, 5, 6 and 8. You can only have a maximum of six bags, therefore, the maximum of items you can have is 48

[/quote']

...

So 48 potions ftw? D:

Ridiculous game is sounding ridiculous.

It is, you need patience to play this game, because some of the enemies are retarded, you can be beating the snot out of them, yet they can still hit you. And the status effects, burn, frozen, confusion, stunned, poison, cursed. You can inflict those with potions, but it isn't worth it.

Zeonark, seriously. You do not need to quote the freaking post right before yours to answer it.

Hell, you don't need to quote posts at all unless they're at least a page back.

Also, Dorian, Messiah will get the Item Heart by Leveling up enough upon Fusion, which you need a high Social Link level for. You'll definitely get it if your Link level is at least 8.

Once the Heart appears, do what Zeo said - get him enough EXP so that he is almost to the point of Leveling up, Register him, and then level him up. Dismiss him afterward and re-buy him to keep getting more items from him.

Also, Zeo, you should always try and get Messiah's items - he gives all the Ultimate Armor / Accessories for every character. The only Ultimates he doesn't give are Weapons.

Graaaaaah. >_>

@Zexaeon: Sorry. I can't help it. I'm just used to it. xD

Don't you already need max Social Link for Messiah though?

Far too lazy to get the Armor. I'll probably get off my ass and do it when I think I can face the Secret Boss though.

My favorite movies at the moment are The Dark Knight' date='[/b'] Inglourious Basterds, and Zombieland.

...I've heard of that. How is it?

I've been wanting to watch it.

Go watch it. Now.

Also I now have a reason to go see Legion. <3

I want to see the results of my own boredom.

Your highest general has a mace that is pretty much constructed out of whirling knives.

God is also a hacker in that movie, due to randomly shorting out cell phones and lights.

It's totally you.

Done. Beat the game. Playing the re-up play through now. If I get to Armageddon practically every boss, it's worth it. But I'm pissed that I no longer have my lightning gloves from Thor. And all the items (specifically the friggin Revival Beads) I bought, are gone. -_-

What the fuck?

@Eros: Don't bother with a Second Playthrough unless you're facing the Secret Boss.

You carry over ALL of your stats, making the game a cakewalk. It's incredibly gay. Though carrying the Charm and stuff is awesome. ;D

And forget the Revival Beads. Find your ass some Somas. Now.

@Roxas: That's what I thought.

He isn't Awesome anymore. He got a name change.

Though I liked Awesome better. D:

My name doesn't exist to please you' date=' it exists to please me.

Too bad, pal.

[/quote']

Don't care.

You were better when you were Awesome. You were awesome!

@Striker: For me as of now, it's probably the PS2.
