I think this might be a double account, but even if it is not, the reps are pointless and should be removed. Edit: 3 were removed, but the other 2 are still pointless. Also, the most recent one, a +rep for not spamming, seems a little unnecessary too, since nobody should be spamming in the first place, but the +reps given because he needs them should definitely be removed.
