He gave both to me out of "revenge" for me giving him two (which were valid reasons). It pretty much started by him double posting, I told him to stop, then he spammed, then I gave him one. He gave me on and started arguing and said "he's new and doesn't have to follow the rules". Then I gave him another because I told him multiple times to just follow the rules and edit his posts and he would refuse because "he's new". He gave me another after that because he thinks I think I "own him". Also, I have a pretty old neg from Loopy (or whatever his name is). Can I get it removed too? He gave it out of "revenge" also.
