Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.

This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned.

Since Future Visions removes it from play until the next turn (and it's a Semi-Nomi) it can attack the same turn it is on the field since it was summoned the turn before. It also helps slow down the other deck so you can keep pace.

Future Visions does not RFP BETD, or am I missing something?

But it only RFP Normal Summoned monsters...

You're all stupid

Future Vision helps Toons, because most of them Special Summon themselves, therefore bypassing the effect that Future Vision has since it only removes Normal Summoned monsters. Plus, it allows you to help with the time that they can't attack on the same turn that they are summoned

Plus, good card is good. Easily search-able, Honestable and Trade-In-able

This was always my favorite of the Toons, I loved it's sinister little laugh in the show and Movie XD.

Toons are fun to use cause their funny looking alternates of their originals, Anyone who says Toons are bad probably thinks no one should run a deck unless it's a Meta-Deck :P.
