shadowferret
Your mum. Core Chimair monsters are kinda random. Dude, seriously, they're random. Against stuff that's non-meta, they ain't so awesome. But they rock the socks of of Meta decks. =3 My favorite is the Guardian.
Tacobill123
thats tru. i got one of those decks, and its hard to keep em on the field without the correct cards in ur hand.
.Leo
The best is Koa'ki Meiru Guradian imo. They suck though. efect is stupid. Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru:all at bottom of deck=you are screwed in the face
~ P O L A R I S ~
Terrible as a Decktype, that could change after SOVR with Rooklord and whatever Maximus does, but I doubt it. Gravirose, Drago, and Guardian were nice additions to their respective Types though.
C.F.Yuji
They are pretty horrible if you make a deck with just them in it, as they could pretty much kill themselves without the right card in your hand :P. But aside from that, their alright...
BulletMan
I heard they still get destroyed even while Skill Drains out. One less thing to worry about, though no one plays them at my locals.
zombiepromking
Honestly, i've seen anti-meta builds that are the sheet, and they don't run ANY koa'ki's, in-fact they've spun the meta around against itself. (By this i mean they're running meta cards for everything that it counters.) Core Chimair aren't bad, i just think it's a bad idea for an anti-meta beat-down archetype. They need more support IMO. But, i haven't seen Chimairs in action, so i can't really say anything. Though, if the builder is smart they'll run 3 Ghoulungulate. I'm pretty sure you'll wanna run ass-loads of searchers too, just to keep iron core where it needs to be. Can't you use 3 Iron Cores in one turn? I'm pretty sure it works like reckless greed does. -Berserker-
They work better separated than all together in 1 deck.
VolTama
Yea yea. "They are side staples for certain deck types". That's basicly all they are.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Not really. I don't want to run a Deck around the Iron Core just to keep them on the field.
GenzoTheHarpist
Can't you use 3 Iron Cores in one turn? I'm pretty sure it works like reckless greed does. Nope, that would make them too not-bad. Konami likes to use rulings to screw them over before they even have a chance.

Umbra
Let's not forget Bergzak, who does wonders in pretty much any Warrior deck.
Darkest Hour
their maintenance cost is waaay to strict to even be worth considered Anti-Meta. Mind Crush and Respect Play slay them. They are better as tech rather than a deck.

Umbra
Koa'kis need more Ghoulungulate-esque cards to be useful as a decktype. Until then, they serve as tech. [/thread]
