Andx
"So let's assume you're here completely on your own without any intent on fighting." Keisuke said. He chose to ignore Aski as he didn't want to argue with him at the moment."Why the change of heart now? You didn't have any issues with Rachel when she tried to kill us. You never objected then. Even before that she oppressed the people of Soul Society and you never opposed that! Why should I believe you want to oppose her now?! What's different?!" Keisuke said unintentionally getting angry."But if you don't want to answer that then tell me this. You know our secret, so what's yours? What is this new power that you five have that makes your reiatsu so different?" Keisuke said waiting for Taizen's response.
hollowblade
Onibuke flash stepped in front of the base. He could feel the tension within the base with sharp accuracy. From the feel of the surrounding reiatsu that there was a struggle not too long ago. Obviously his comrades came into contact with Rachel's lackey captains. He sighed to himself. Rachel now knew that they were alive and would obviously attempt to wipe all of them out mercilessly and with full force. "Man, I leave for just a short time and all goes to hell." He decided to wait outside until he felt it right to enter. He felt that now would not be the best time.
◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
"Unfortunately, I cannot answer your second question." He said, keeping calm, even when his opposer was not. "I will however tell you this, we have trained our Zanpakuto's to truly become what you would find unbelievable. And though I may know your secret, there is no word of that to come out to Rachel, nor any of the other Captains. As for being here against everything now.... I still am not. I support her horrible deeds whether they be cruel, or miserating. I am a strong-willed supporter of the Soul Society. And whoever is the Captain Commander, I must follow their will. I will tell you one thing however. Never go against my student, whether your Leader or not, as I will not accept it. Now, I'll be taking my lead, and the next time you see me, will be in battle." He said, his eyes sparking slightly with distaste for Keisuke. "Bakudo #63, Sajo Sabaku, Locking Bondage Stripes." He muttered lightly, chains quickly putting all the Captains together as he opened the door to see Onibuke. He simply stared at him for a moment, vanishing at that very moment. His Spiritual Pressure and Reiatsu seemed to vanish with him. Just then, the Bakudo Spell was released, and the Captains were freed.
Andx
"Good, so I get to kill him the next time I see him. No luck with the info though. What is that idiot thinking?" Keisuke said as he sat down on a nearby chair. He knew Aski might be mad at the remark but he hardly cared. Aski would know just as well as he that the conflict wouldn't be over until all five members of the oligarchy were nothing but stray spirit particles. He noticed that Onibuke's reiatsu had been at the door for a bit."Go ahead and come in Onibuke, everything's clear!" he yelled out so he could hear. Keisuke had to wonder how Taizen's brain was working. He clearly supported Rachel yet casually disobeyed her and came to talk with them peacefully; not to mention he clearly stated that he disliked her. He knew about the hollowfication but hadn't told anyone. It seemed like Taizen had wanted to help them. Still, Keisuke didn't occupy his mind with it for long. After the oligarchy was dead it would all be meaningless; no need to lose sleep over something that wouldn't matter. ooc: Would whoever reported YugiohPro's post kindly pm me the details as to why? I see nothing wrong and the mods shouldn't have to worry over something so pointless.
Hydra of Ages
(OOC: More than likely, someone just misclicked.) Aski flicked a finger when the expected Bonding Kido came towards him, creating a small barrier that blocked the Bakudo partially; The chains still coiled around him, but his arms were left free. Aski tensed almost unnoticeably, but relaxed when the chains snapped. He sipped his tea without a word. "How interesting." Aski said, gently ringing his cup of the steaming liquid with his hand. He glanced away thoughtfully. "Hmm..." Aski chuckled. "If I were a lesser man, I'd say that I am the only one allowed to kill my former teacher." he shrugged. "Taizen is indeed a good man, but I fear his stupidity clouds his good morals. Oh well." he said idly. "In any case, it appears this changes nothing. Taizen is still our enemy, and the majority of our foes are still unaware of our ability. We're back to a flat neutral."
hollowblade
Onibuke appeared before Keisuke by use of flash step. He had a apologetic smile across his face and was scratching the back of his hand. "haha, well this is kind of a pretty bad mess we're in right now." His expression slowly changed and was now a bit more serious, a truly worried look came across his face. "I prett much got the jist of what was going on." He could easily tell what was going through Keisuke's head, as he was thinking the same thing. "I wouldn't trust Taizen. I know that you think you can just forget what he said and what it might mean, but something like that doesn't go away easy. There may come a time where it would seem that he is aiding us in or struggle, I'm almost positive of it for Taizen is a good man, and you will rethink of this day." He paused, " I still will not take what he says to heart, Rachel might use his good nature in order to get to us."
Phantom Roxas
As Akuma's attack began to warp itself around Gerard, he spun his swords to generate a ice shield around himself with a fire shield formed around that. Despite the rivaling elements, a layer of silver was place in between to prevent the ice from melting.
T. Sankara
"Ah, Gerard, I never use my Zanpaktou to assault my enemy directly." The left side of the warped clock now flashed, and it seemed as though Akuma's speed dramatically increased, when in actuality, he was slowing time to half of it's average time, excluding himself. Meanwhile, the other half of the clock continued spinning. Akuma closed in, and attempted to assault the mighty barrier. But the first layer was too great. It's intense heat repelled any attacks Akuma could have directly made.
Andx
ooc: Warning for god-modding YugiohPro. Completely binding multiple captains without an incantation even for a kido expert is very hard, or rather not possible in the short amount of time. It didn't affect anything as I was wanting you to leave peacefully anyway, just remember the extent of your powers and try to avoid anything over the top like that. IC:"Don't mind me Aski, if you want to kill him I won't stop you. I'm just glad I get to attack him on sight from now on." Keisuke said. If anything he had more voiced his thoughts than his actual desires."Thank you for the concern Onibuke. But I can tell you that I never once trusted Taizen, at least not after we left Soul Society. He said it himself, the next time we meet we're enemies." Keisuke said. He turned to Aski."Forgive me for saying this Aski but I can trust that you have nothing holding you back from killing him correct? It is your kill but if you hesitate when it comes time to kill him... well let's just not let that happen." Keisuke said. He was tired and simply wanted to rest but he wouldn't let himself. ◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
OOC: It's a long chain, and we were in an enclosed area. It would only make sense that I could get at least most of you in it. Also, I've been doing that throughout the RP. I told you my character was a Kido Expert, and that there were several spells he used that didn't require the incantation. You did allow it after all. It's nothing beyond that Spell that doesn't require an incantation if that makes you feel any better. IC: Taizen had reappeared in the Soul Society, taking in the air, feeling the striking power of the two fellow Captains fighting. He wandered by their fight, making sure he would avoid any physical contact, taking a knee next to Rachel. "The Captains are training harder, and improving their Zanpakuto Techniques. We must be prepared. Let not these two waste their living power upon each other, but upon me. It's been awhile since I have fought. I don't believe anyone has seen my Shikai yet since I always use Kido. It would be a good chance to test my blade, no? If you decline, then that is acceptable, my Master, but I really need to train, as most of the Captains now have a hating lust to destroy me, and I will not accept that." He said, lifting his head to look up at Rachel, his emotion unshowing. Truly he had changed at that very moment. He was a far different Taizen. PrimalFear
Hayate looked towards Keisuke, "I should have killed him when I had the chance." He was still angered being ordered by Keisuke to get up a walk away. He thought to himself for a couple of moments. Although Hayate hasn't been part of the Corrupted Lords since the beginning he still trusted and listened to his friend and leader. He remained silent as he watched, Keisuke and Asiki talk about killing Taizen. The only thing running through Hayate's mind was the Death of Rachael. He had longed to kill her these many years while he trained. As a Flashback hit him he could see Rachael killing all the Captains, one by one they would fall, Hayate being the second to last killed before Keisuke. Then the scene dissappeared and he could see himself becoming a Hollow. Fearing the worst Hayate tried to fight his hollow form from taking over as a result making him and all the other Captains a Vizard.
Hydra of Ages
Aski chuckled. "Keisuke, the same things hold me from killing Taizen as they do for all my sentient enemies; manners and common sense. If my enemy has already lost the benefit of such niceties through whatever means and it it would be more logical to kill them rather than take them hostage, I would do so with impunity. Otherwise, however, there's no need to waste what could be a possible advantage. That said, Taizen is a slippery snake and almost impossible to confine at that. I would suggest we kill him on sight at our next meeting, rather than waste time trying to draw water from a rock." he said in the same, almost snide voice he said everything else. He finished his tea.
hollowblade
Onibuke once again merely sighed to himself. The other Coruupted Lords appeared fired up, almost as if they have been waiting for the moment for Rachel to make her move. Wait, what was he thinking, of course they were waiting for this, it is natural for one to seek vengence against one who has done you wrong. Onibuke, however, wished that Rachel would never find them. He had learned to enjoy his life in the world of the living and had no interest in starting a war. But, like Taizen, Onibuke would not betray his comrades, even if he did not entirely approve with their actions or motives. "All right, well I've been traveling for a while so I think I'm gonna hit the hay."
The D.M.
Shoren approached Rachel as she was healing her disciple, and he used that term with much accuracy. Thats what he belived we all were her disciples. He didnt even know what he was fighting to do anymore, he was just fighting for Rachel. "Lady Rachel i do not mean to bother you but i was wondering. Just what IS your grand scheme here? Why are we fighting against the shinigami? Could we not simply ignore them?" he was legitimatley curious "Why do they pose such a threat to us?" Phantom Roxas
Gerard charge forward, still surrounded by his barrier. The room began to burn, so he canceled out the fire barrier, leaving only the ice barrier and the silver barrier outside that. As his barrier moved with him, the silver began to warp, working its way to wrap itself around Akuma.
T. Sankara
"Trapped like a rat," he though aloud to himself. Bringing himself to a halt, he pointed his blade directly at his charging opponent. If this failed, he would be forced to fight through this thick barrier while fending off the mysterious silver. Suddenly, the second half of the warped clock sprang into action, spinning rapidly with only half it's side remaining at it's own, before it dissipated and vanished. The whole clock had gathered once more, but now directly in front of Akuma, and was absorbed into his blade. It's very tip shined with a white hot light that could pierce the heavens. The D.M.
Shoren was enthralled watching the battle now. (So THIS is the power of my so-called comrades) "hmhmhmh" he chuckled to himself. (I see now i see their potential power frankly im shocked Gerard looks as though he's giving probably 30-40% but Akuma i get the feeling im only seeing 20% of HIS power) he was astounded by the sheer might of his allies. (i wonder what power Lady Rachel has...i only gave around 15% during my battle with that female soul reaper i liked to make her think she was a challenge when i entered Bankai.) he proceeded to watch the battle unfold. Tempest Dahlia
Rachel was thoroughly bored now. She slouched on the arm of her chair, sighing heavily so everyone could hear... She couldn't TAKE this anymore!!! The boredom was eating her alive. She suddenly stood up, banging her tiny fists on the table."Captain Gerard! Captain Akuma! The rest of you! We're going to the human world! Now!"Utter silence...
T. Sankara
Before he could release his favorited technique, he was so gracefully interrupted by her majesty. "Why the sudden change of heart, my lord?" he asked sealing his Zanpaktou. Banteki shivered slightly as Akuma stared her in the eyes. He quickly got to his seat and braced himself for whatever violence had just awakened his mad hatted master.
Tempest Dahlia
"Because..." Rachel said in an irritated tone, as if this was the most obvious thing in the world. "Your recent attacks on them has left them restless. Paranoid. Completely at my mercy..." Rachel had a look of bloodlust in her eyes."The sight of them dead... What a dream that would be..."She picked up her umbrella, Batticus also at her side, a bit unnerved to see his master like this.
Phantom Roxas
Gerard sighed when Rachel finally uttered the words he had so longed to hear. He deactivated his Bankai and sheathed his Zanpakuto. "That was a nice training session, Akuma. Perhaps once we kill these traitors we can finish our fight." He gave Rachel smile and bowed. "I am ready, Your Majesty." He would keep up to promise. Not only did he mean the Corrupted Lords, but Rachel as well. Rachel was a traitor to what Soul Society once was. Regardless of how this battle would go, he would finally have the chance to do what he had desired for the longest time: the death of Rachel Alucard at his very own hands. Tempest Dahlia
"Of course you're ready..." Rachel said, not returning the smile. lnstead, a look of contempt had crossed her face for the slightest of seconds... Then she turned around."If everyone is ready..."A crimson thunderbolt blasted the ground in front of her. A small rift appeared in thin air. Rachel ripped it open with her umbrella. A calm, round, stabe portal to the human world appeared."Gentlemen..." She stepped aside: She was always the last in the portal. For more of a "dramatic" effect. Phantom Roxas
Gérard jumped through the portal, eager to get to the Human World as soon as possible. He had his own secret power in store for the Corrupted Lords. Whatever power they had gained over the centuries, Gérard wanted to see what it was. Perhaps he could learn a thing or two from them. T. Sankara
Eager to test his powers to their greatest capabilities, Akuma was seconds behind Gerard, slowly stepping inside the gateway to the Human's Realm. The mere though of blood shed brought back memories of his and Gerard's camaraderie. The battles they shared, often priceless, always victorious. And soon they would use that to their advantage, and relieve commander Alucard of her precious throne. After all, it took more than a vicious glare or a lightning bolt to be a leader. Madam Alucard had little of that.
Lord JZ of the Enigma
Zensaki felt a cold chill down his spine, he wasn't sure what it was, but it terrified him when one of his flowers died."what the?" he looked at it, it's root was healthy, yet the flower wilted."that isn't normal...." he walked out of his greenhouse and looked around the training facility."It seems...a group of powerful spirit pressures just entered the world of the living...it looks like they decided to come to us..." he wondered exactly how many, the power of the captains would easily overshadow weaker pressures, maybe even those of Lieutenants.
