Azuh
Lumina, as dangerous as she is, is she at all overpowered? If Generic Revival is banworthy, what brings to the topic that Archetype revival CAN be banworthy? Discuss
Eury
Fun if you have 2 of her and Wulf in the Graveyard.
GenzoTheHarpist
Not overpowered. Just good.
Great Unclean One: VK
Wait, we're talking about reviving archtypes?
GenzoTheHarpist
We're talking about cards like Lumina, Zombie Master, Darius, etc.
Sleepy
Some comments I've seen about Lightsworns say that Wulf and Celestia are banworthy. Others say that limiting/banning Lumina, Lightsworns won't be top again. All of them say Judgement Dragon is a threat. I'm personally need to hear opinions here.. EDIT:nope, its just good. Revival for archtypes that comes with a cost, even if it helps the archtype, its fair to me..
Darkest Hour
Good effect-type is good.SS'ing cards from the graveyard is extremely powerful and beneficial, but not banworthy unless the target is something like Disk Commander or lolguythatburns. As long as it cannot be done more than once it is okay.
Terri Bad Tornado
Worthy of a Limit, to prevent Lumina looping. Beyond that it isn't too bad, if the rest of the archetype was fixed.

Great Unclean One: VK
Lumina isn't ban worthy. She might be Limit Worthy as with Celestia. But none so far is ban worthy. Even JD isn't. Cards that revives archtypes usually should be limited. As Darkest said, as long as it doesn't SS more then once a turn, it's good.
CrabHelmet
Themed revival can unquestionably be banworthy. Imagine a Quick-Play Spell reading "Special Summon up to 5 Whatevertheme monsters from your Graveyard", and that becomes clear. The fundamental question of "Can themed revival ever be banworthy?" is thus answered, and so all that remains is the far less fundamental question "Is this particular card, which happens to be themed revival, banworthy?" That question isn't nearly as interesting.

Now, imagine of the "FIRE with under 200 DEF" clause instead said "LIGHT or DARK", and you'll see that such a combo is only the iceberg's tip when it comes to broken themed revival. Tabris
Can themed recursion be banworthy? Of course, ye dolt. Have yourself a card that summons a card of X archetype, and then proceeds to nuking the opponent's field. Is it not banworthy?
