Dragon's Mirror if from grave. Trade-In and such help if you draw them, Foolish Burial, Future Fusion and co. help with loading them in the grave from the deck.

Reverse that, and edit it slightly, then you're right.

 

This is only good in a dedicated deck. Chances are, you can't summon him outside of a dedicated deck, and in most cases you'd be better off with a Synchro there.
