Effect:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 Monsters on you side of the field. Once per turn, during you Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to any Union Type Monster on your side of the field. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, increase the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 400 per turn. If this card is sent to the graveyard by a card effect, Special Summon this card in Face up DEF position.

 

 

This monster inflicts Piercing Damage. When this monster inflicts Battle Damage, you can look at the bottom card of your Deck, based on it's type, apply the proper effect: -Monster: Inflict the Battle Damage you just inflicted as Effect Damage to your opponent. -Spell: Select 1 card on your field and destroy it. -Trap: Switch the control of this card. The controller of this card must pay 1000 Life Points during each of their Standby Phases.

I will vote for Bassa b/c he has less OCG errors.

But the other card is still very good

Both cards has OCG errors, but the effects are almost equally good, BUT, since Bassa is Level 6 and Raylen is only Level 1, I'll go for him (I feel his card IS slightly better)

why? Not a real big fan of union monsters. Honestly Hevan's soul...the effect just doesnt seem playable to me. Bright-Luc reminds me a bit of Glow moss...not great, but not bad.

 

also he made a card that actually says "Piercing Damage"
