TCG- I need your Help about Deck Tiers

Recommended Posts

Well, the majority of members think that the tiers are catagorized differently. And if a deck can constantly beat Tier 1 decks, playing against many different peoples, including good players, that should make it Tier 1. But it doesn't because peoples don't bring those decks to large tournies due to the lack of money that Obama helped steepen.

Yeah' date=' aximill.

You're saying that because your deck beat a tier 1 deck it becomes tier 2.

I'll happily play your ojamas with LS and prove you wrong. When was the last time Ojamas topped an event?

As far as I know, never. But no Ojama decks have been taken to a major event because the majority (if not all) players that go have plenty of money and always buy the most expensive cards out there like BWs, LS, whatever else was already topping, etc; etc; It's because they don't tend to change their decks all that much. And I wasn't talking about my Ojunkamas. I was refering to my Crystal Beasts.

Now that we're discussing money; I find it ironical that people are dying because of hunger while we spend money on sparkling cardboard.

We're all so badass!

OT: I believe that Ojama's were present at Schonen Dec. 2009, but the Decklist hasn't been put on the site yet. The guy didn't top though...

Tier 3.

Bad decks that don't have more than 1 top for the whole format' date=' but are playable. (X-Sabers, Hopeless (excluding the BEWD version), Morphtronics, etc)

[/quote']

Hopeless/X-Sabers/Morphs/etc. aren't (always) bad, they're inconsistent/slow compared to Meta decks. Being slower and less consistent than a tier 1/tier 2 deck doesn't make it bad, bad implys there is nothing good about the deck/archetype.

Bad = What you said. Inconsistent and slow, but still playable.

Manjy' date=' has countdown topped?

Also this is tcg tiers Amirite?

If it was OCG someone else would have mention Eatos besides myself.

Well, tiers aren't that accurate in Japan, because they tend to run bad decks for some reason. And they don't have a lot of big tourneys ...

And I do agree that Countdown is still in the "tier bad" category, but I expect to see multiple Countdown decks topping after Battle Fader's release.

What decks are you talking about

Those Japanese guys take big-hype decks (similar to Vayu Turbo) that everyone THINKS is gonna be really good, then won't stop playing them even when they don't win...
