Also, summoning Living Computer (Destrucotron which wishes it was Megatron) is fool-hardy because it destroys itself if you do not have another psychic at the end of the turn. A 1700 ATK beatstick that gets more beatsticks is good. Sure it sucks that you can't get tuners, but that is one problem Psychics never have since they are so easy for them to summon. If you make it Summon Level 4 or below, that would make Tuning for easily. ( And make things worst if you have faced one in a Duel. Example is, it get destroyed, and it Summons Krebons.
