burnpsy Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 It's a +0 draw engine for any deck that can fit 141 and Dupe. 141 -> This (-1) -> Dupe (+1)RFP 2 -> Draw 2 (+0)End result: A Cyber Valley in play to protect you for a turn and let you draw 1, a +0, and the deck is now 5 cards smaller.
