Looks neat.

Too bad it only negs effects of cards.

 

Pay 2000 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Spell Card' date=' Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that Special Summons a monster [b']or the Summon of a monster[/b], and destroy it.

 

Edit: To b0b3rt, maybe because it also stops flip summons and normal summons.

Divine Warning has a set/i] price of 2000.

Where as Solemn Judgment can be used a lot easier.

 

.......Though an opening hand of 3 Warning and 1 Solemn would be lulz

 

will probably be a Ultra in TCG -.-

I'd rather use Trap Hole.

 

why? 2000 lp is a fair price to stop any summon, including damage step summons, at solemn timing, so they can't call priorty to wipe with BRD, JD, or any other effect, on top of the fact it stops the effects of cards that have a monster summoning somewhere in their effect, so this thing even stops battle fader.

 

why would you not use this card?
