The whole "monster that was Tribute Summoned" part kinda' kills it, as "Tribute Summon" is sort of a forgotten mechanic.

LADD dragon would just negate anything himself unless there was a chain then you could possibly use this but if they really wana waste a cards activation just to chain a second to destroy LADD just let them lol

LADD dragon would just negate anything himself unless there was a chain then you could possibly use this but if they really wana waste a cards activation just to chain a second to destroy LADD just let them lol

 

^this plus LADD regardless if he can negate something or not he has to AUTO-Chain to it. So cards like solemn and Bribe cant chain, because they would be Chain Link 3 meaning trying to negate LADD. So unless ur negating something like Divine Wrath on chain link 3, Overwhelm is not a great choose.

An effect cannot chain to one of higher Spell Speed. Think of it like this - the Counter Trap is red, and so 3x faster, and so LaDD can't catch up.

An effect cannot chain to one of higher Spell Speed. Think of it like this - the Counter Trap is red, and so 3x faster, and so LaDD can't catch up.

 

Here's an example to go with your stuffs.

 

Player 1: I attack with LADD.

Player 2: I activate Dimensional Prison.

Player 1: My LADD chains to it, stopping and negating it.

Player 2: Sicne it's still in the process of attacking, I chain Mirror Force, and your LADD won't chain to it since it's already used it's effect for this chain.

Player 1: FUUUUUUU-

The monster is still declaring an attack' date=' even though other cards are "in front" of it. For serious lulz, try activating two [s']Sakuretsu Armor[/s] Dimensional Prison at once.
