Sephiroth_The_Legend
Seriously' date=' mirror force is not all that good, i know ot has a good effect but it just is a slightly overpowered negate attack. use raigeki (Even though it's banned, tournaments aren't the only way to play yugioh.)[/quote'] Are you being serious now. Really? How you can say that?Negate attack is NOTHING compared to Mirror Force. Scenario: I have 5 monsters, i attack, you play negate attack. Next turn? I still have 5 monsters. Scenario 2: I have 5 monsters, i attack, you play Mirror Force. Next turn? You proceed to gain major advantage due to my loss. Also Raigeki is banned, meaning its a no no. Also if its my turn, you cant play it.
GenzoTheHarpist
Here's the thing... Since I'm only one of two people among my friends who has Mirror Force' date=' I can bluff any Trap into a Mirror Force netting me 5 turns they don't attack until they draw Heavy Storm and I chain Waboku tl;drYou can use this card to bluff your opponent's attacks without even using it.[/quote'] Your friends need to learn how to play better. Master of Chaos™
Okay one question how did this Discussion become so popular?Mirror Force is not a bad card!I know it,Everyone knows it,even the worst players know it.It is simple. There is nothing simpler than this: Player A: I Attack with my Monsters.Player B: I activate Mirror Force. Boom, everything destroyed.Nothing simpler. And how the hell did from Mirror Force did this come to Final Countdown and Magic Cylinder!?

Dark_Armed_Zombie
If someone won't attack whenever their opponent has a set card... well they have problems that go far beyond the card itself. This, simply knowing Mirror Force is an option just means you need to play smart. Swarm a disposable force and attack, luring them to use Mirror Force so you can kill them with the real thing next turn. Or, put 1-2 of your monster force in defense (preferablely stuff that searches to keep up advantage) so you still have a defense if it is Mirror Force face-down. The simple fact is, you're going to have to get rid of Mirror Force sometime and usually the sooner the better. If you don't draw anything in like a turn, just risk it with precaution, usually works just fine.
Dr. Cakey
Seriously' date=' mirror force is not all that good, i know ot has a good effect but it just is a slightly overpowered negate attack. use raigeki (Even though it's banned, tournaments aren't the only way to play yugioh.)[/quote'] Obviously, if someone could use Raigeki, they would. But, while tournament isn't the only way to play, it is usually the best way. If you start ignoring the banlist, you open the floodgates for all sorts of ridiculous decks. Some cards, like Last Turn or Exchange of the Spirit, have just become more powerful with age. Obviously there are times among friends where you can bend the banlist for fun (For example, we have a 'house rule' that Monster Reborn is legal because none of us have Call and we all run Tier 5 decks), but you can't say "people shouldn't run Mirror Force because a better card exists". No one runs Raigeki in a tournament, because it's Banned. No one's disputing (I hope) that Raigeki is better than Mirror Force, but Mirror Force is THE anti-swarm card. Look, if you think Mirror Force is bad, what would you call good? pleasesaysakuretsuarmor

This is why you don't f*** with Hane Kuriboh: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Berserker_Crush It would be so funny if your opponent thinks its just a Kuriboh in Attack Position and Attacks you with any Weak Monster and you activate this card and remove from your Graveyard a big ATK Monster like Judgment or any of those big ATK Monsters or even better if it is in your Graveyard Obelisk. metalflygon08
It's not a big enough threat to use on a Kuriboh, and that's when you drop a second JD, or play that reicarnation you've been holding on to.
