Yet another from V-JUMP Edition 01:

 

Explosive Beast Valcannon

EARTH/Machine/6/2300/1600/Fusion/Effect:

"1 Machine-Type monster + 1 Pyro-Type monster

When this card is Fusion Summoned, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls. Destroy both this card and that monster and send them to the Graveyard. Then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of their sent monster."

Shoulda been DARK for Overload Fusion, could have made a nice tech in things running Volcanic Engine. As is, I have no idea of how to use it.

lol, It could be a target in my AG deck, if I have Magician, and no more UAGG's to summon, but, I'd rather Synch into somthing, (Robotic Comander{or whtever that vanilla's name is} should count for both)

Er guys...last I checked none of the Pyro-type Flamvells were actually used. Firedog is Beast and Magician is Spellcaster. It says Pyro, not FIRE <_<

 

Volcanics and Lavals are the only things I could see running this and as both of them are fond of their graveyards, this really should have been DARK so Overload Fusion is usable just like what I said in my original post. The effect isn't bad at all but I have no idea how you're supposed to summon it without actually losing advantage <_<

 

However it does damage equal to attack at time of destruction and not original so that could lead to some crazy strategy using it in the future, who knows.

After some thought I can't find any deck that already exists that can easily run this card but at 3 with such loosely defined fusion components it could make it's own interesting and possibly decent deck if ran along with things like Volcanic Counter. I have an idea for a build that should prove to be rather interesting since it runs some unusual things like Fusion Recovery.

I'm not sure what you're getting at.

 

Overload Fusion counts as a Fusion Summon so it would still get it's effect if it were usable with it. Removing the materials from the grave is what I was talking about...I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. And as far as I know, Overload Fusion doesn't have any clause that would stop this from working with it if it were DARK.

Overload Fusion counts as a Fusion Summon so it would still get it's effect if it were usable with it. Removing the materials from the grave is what I was talking about...I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. And as far as I know, Overload Fusion doesn't have any clause that would stop this from working with it if it were DARK.

 

Neither do I. Overload creates a Fusion Summon. Maybe he doesn't understand that "I wish it was DARK" =/= "I think it is DARK".

Yeah... If that were part of the official card text, the attribute wouldn't matter.

 

But now that I'm up to speed on Overload's correct wording, I think they did it on purpose (and even if they didn't, does that art look like a DARK monster to you? xD).
