byak
Dandy shouldn't get hit because it's part of a deck that actually takes skill to play.

The deck does take skill but the constant +1 loop it generates is a prob.

Only one Treeborn can be on the field at a time and requires no back row, Dandy has no real restriction as to how it generates its +1. Also a loop that constantly generates advantage with no real cost is a prob.

Dark_Armed_Zombie
We can't predict anything... the meta will probably have drastically changed by then. This Bloo-D, you make a good point, but this is how I see it. Syncat was made and was a huge problem, but the entire reason for that problem was an overpowered, broken card that should never have been made. Blackwings were a fair archetype, but the main reason they are a problem today is because of DAD and Vayu, two cards that are way too powerful. LS have been a problem in the past but that's because of JD. Tele-DAD reined pretty much unopposed for an entire format, but it was the OP synchros and DAD that gave it it's power. Dandywarrior on the other hand has no such thing. The deck is a fantastic example of how to create a skillful deck that doesn't need broken cards to be good. It's good because it produces advantage and can toolbox into whatever it needs. However, it doesn't use broken synchros to do it. None of the Warrior archetype synchros were bad, they were just so unaccessable. Now with Dandylion back at 2 and Quickdraw they aren't unaccessable and become a toolbox for the deck. Dandy may give +1's without a cost, but it was never really a problem card to begin with, or atleast from the little I know. The problem with it was that it allowed access to overpowered cards. Why would you hit a deck that isn't a problem to the game except for being skillful?

If Konami notices a certain deck or that decks that abuse certain cards and combos are constantly topping tournaments they usually do something to weaken said deck. Where are broken decks/combos proven? Oh that's right at Tournaments...Oh no wait...I'm sorry Konami just sits on their asses with their eyes closed and completely ignore the meta before they come up with their list. Guest Zeonark
I can see trishula limited' date=' infernity necromancer banned, one for one banned and substitoad limited/semi'd.[/quote'] Wait, why? I've really only seen Trishula Summoned one time during every duel. The only time I see it being using more than once is the Trish-Frog deck thing. Other than that, it's not really bannable imo, since its effect only works when it's Summoned.

Other balanced decks would have a rather difficult time keeping up with the advantage it can generate. While they expend resources to deal with whatever they are facing, Dandylion just keeps generating advantage for the Dandywarrior player without any real cost to them. Why lol? I just don't find Trishula broken enough to be limited. >_> You best be trolling -_-

Magical Explosion hasn't come close to brushing tournament level, and Konami recently panicked and Limited it. I predict Battle Fader to be Limited, possibly Semi'd. Infernities did pretty badly in this YCS, so I don't see much assault being done on them. Quickdraw.dek proved itself to be more than a fluke - I wouldn't be shocked if Konami Semi'd Quickdraw, let alone Limiting Dandylion.
