Because Synchron is Dark and Tuningware is Light meaning you can tech Chaos Sorcerer if you like.

Because Synchron is Dark and Tuningware is Light meaning you can tech Chaos Sorcerer if you like.

 

I'm not saying dont' run Junk Synchron, I'm saying why are they so obsessed about making it work with Junk Synchron when it's much faster and easier from Quickdraw. Chaos Sorcerer is awesome and all, but the card advantage of Destroyer is the key here.

Putting that aside, you don't need anything more than Junk + Tuningware + IRS/Dupe to get lvl 8. Add in De-Synchro and you have a +10 provided they have 6 cards on their field. If they only have 3 it's a +7, but still, a +7 for 3 cards in hand.

Synch for Destroyer (-3, -1 total)

#1 - this effect is mandatory, nothing to do with prio

#2 - Oppression doesn't kill a Summoned monster, it stops the Summon, so how would it activate?

This card was awesome before we even got it's effect, just for giving us a level 8 target for Quickdraw. Now it breaks your opponent's cards and can be abused for massive card advantage.
