Burst Stream of Destruction

I wanted to make a Blue Eyes White Dragon deck that includes this card but it ended up being a Red Eyes Darkness Metal Hopeless Dragon deck with Blue Eyes in it. It's dead in your hand until Blue Eyes comes to the field.

SOL Hopeless runs this card. SOL Hopeless is the most consistent Hopeless build. Therefore, this card is good in the proper deck. Yay. *shakes hands on either side of head*

What's really great about this card is the fact that you can't fudge the non-attack phrase by killing/tributing your BEWD and resummoning it. While that does limit it's uses, it really makes it a fair Raigeki. Good card in SOL Hopeless, pretty much crap everywhere else.

Prisma?

Exactly.

Thats really about it.

Can't see it being used anywhere else.

Except for the ocassional Trade In + BEWD + WSoL + That one discard a dragon Tuner Draw two card + Summoners Art + Ancient Rules + Dragons Mirror' date=' Deck. :/

Or SOL Hopeless -.-

Edit: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hopeless_Dragon

1st deck under the "Versions" sub-heading.

It's a dying deck riddled with inconsistency, but it's most consistent form is SOL Hopeless because of the searchablity of BEWD. It was once a tier 2 deck, but with the rise of broken cards and archetypes it was snuffed to tier 3 sadly...

Edit: It also doesn't help that it's key card, REDRUM, was only currently mass produced in the ABPF SE.

Its inconsistent because FF and Foolish are both at 1. Dragon's Canyon might help with that though.

It was still inconsistent with Foolish at 2, but I understand what you mean. SOL Hopeless can make the most of it by discarding "The White Stone of Legend" to offset the -1 by searching for a BEWD after Dragon Canyon resolves. WSoL also gives them some Synchro options without having to put forth a bunch of dedication.
