Mr. Judgment Dragon
If there are 4 or more DARK monsters with different names in your Graveyard' date=' you can Tribute Summon this monster by Tributing 1 DARK monster. You can send 1 DARK monster from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If you activate this effect, destroy this card during the End Phase of this turn.[/quote'] Discuss.
-Griffin
Level 8 Dark with one-sided monster nuke effect, reasonable ATK and no Summon restrictions = nice. Starlight hurts though. Edit: Also, Level Eater loves this. SS Cydra, SS Level, Tribute Level for this, ???, profit

DARKPLANT RISING
This card is my Duel Spirit. I just don't have the space to show it anywhere. Macho man is macho. If you can summon it, it's insanely lolzy-especially when you use a Dark Creator for it. But sadly, otherwise, this card is as slow as Ganondorf in SSMB. Zauls
Art is great. Effect is pretty good. Starlight and MBaaS ruin it though. I am surprised I haven't seen this teched in Blackwings or Twlilight yet.

arkel
It would be banworthy if it special summoned when you had 4+ dark monsters in the graveyard. Oh I'm sorry. Raigeki definitely isn't banworthy. My bad.

Raigeki definitely isn't banworthy. My bad. Absolute Zero is a walking raigeki, so is this, what's the big deal? Raigeki is TOO easy to use, this requires summoning (2/1 tributes or some form of special summon) and a discard cost, and it blows itself up if you use it at the end phase.Overall, it isn't fast enough to be banworthy in the meta. evilfusion
I adore this card. My Dark Counterpart deck just plain loves it. It follows the spirit of Archlord Zerato with the Raigeki effect, but it's easier to summon without conditions, and self-destructs at the end of the turn. Being Level 8 supports the Trade-In draw engine my deck uses and it's just so amazing with all the DARK support.
~ P O L A R I S ~
Absolute Zero's always been insanely overpowered, it just happens to be part of a game where a ridiculous number of cards fit into its category beyond the point of hope. But yeah, it's similar in design to the Envoys. It's a painfully painless-to-plunk-on-the-field heavy beatstick with heavy bonuses for hardly any drawbacks whatsoever. Azmodius
Straight-up better than DaD. Runs beautiful in hopeless dragon which I ran at locals.
burnpsy
Straight-up better than DaD. Incorrect. While this card is still quite good, DAD is better. Too many things contribute to that, such as Special summoning itself and the ability to not be negated by Starlight Road.
Azmodius
Dad is more better in the sense he can stop traps and spells. They have their pro's and con, but both amazing cards.

GenzoTheHarpist
I always felt like this card is great, but it's not competitive for some reason. I've always wondered about that.

It would be banworthy if it special summoned when you had 4+ dark monsters in the graveyard. Oh I'm sorry. Raigeki definitely isn't banworthy. My bad. This is definately banworthy. It is very easy to summon, turns all Dark monsters in your hand into Raigeki, it is a 2800 ATK beatstick on top of that and the Deck dedication required for this card is laughable and the fact it kills itself at the End is not enough of a drawback. Also, this cannot be compared to Absolute Zero who has to be removed from the field to be able to use its Raigeki effect. Of course this won't be banned in this meta because it is overshadowed by bigger problems that Konami is stupid enough to leave unattended. Rise of the Eldrazi
Card is great. Period. Awesome art. And i've teched this into Blackwings and it does wonders. Bumped out my DAD for another one in the deck. :D

Dr. Cakey
A card won't be banned unless it indicated itself to be banworthy. In other words, if someone tops the next YCS with a Darklord Deck, this would be...Limited, probably. Of course, no one's going to win YCS with a Darklord Deck any time soon. It's the same as with A0 - despite its clear destructive power, it hasn't reached high levels of the SJC/YCS, so it's been untouched.
