Swap's the problem with monarch builds, Rev with OTKs. this just... basically mills silly amounts, in Decks that aren't usually consistent enough to be a problem without the other two. Now watch, Konami releases a card called "Frog Cannon" that has the same effect as Mass Driver, except that it requires you to tribute a Frog monster, and does 800 damage instead of 400. That's rather odd of me, but then again I rarely leave this on the field anyway. It's like they were AIMING to make that card abusable, since the only restriction was it can't be Synchro Material. No restrictions on Tributing, though? Substitoad is kind of broke.
