~/Coolio Prime\~
@CA: Well' date=' that's what I mean the point is. For all we know, he DID have cards to break the lock, but rather than keep fighting to get to a card to save himself (nuke monsters with effects, destroy S/Ts), he surrendered. Thus, being a "Duelist who gives up too easily".[/quote']No, chances are his deck was just awfully designed and there was no chance of winning. BehindTheMask
I prefer beating them down then trying to teach how to play the game correctly. I used to do that. I learned long ago terrible duelists who have played terribly for a long time will very rarely listen to being told how to fix their deck. However' date=' the few that do listen will still not understand the basics of card advantage. However, they will think they'll understand the game and deck building more and go around the internet disseminating false information. Never again! O_O Crushing other people's spirits >>> Having mine crushed by seeing my apprentices are worse off then they started.[/quote'] You can always "crush" my spirit ;) On Topic: I remember DUPE TROOP SCOOP format :D
Guest PikaPerson01
Meh, the only times I "scoop" is when its evident I'm about to loose next turn anyway, if only to save time since I hate it when matches get called for time. As for 'giving up', if you get them in a lock I think it's fine if they surrender. Heck, it might be more beneficial for them. They milled their Heavy and you Solemned their MST, their Brionac got Bottomless'd, and you only need 3 or so turns to finish up that Cannon. They don't really have any outs against your Gravity Bind, but they've got Fairy Wind and Spell Shattering Arrow and a whole lot of anti-burn in their side deck. If their choices are keep fighting and get called for time (and then losing when you inflict any random burn) or scoop now then win the next two rounds easily, well... the choice is obvious. The Dragon Duelist
My opponent had Chaos Emporer Dragon, Black Luster Soldier, Chaos Sorcerer. I had 2500 lifepoints left, Skill Drain, and Mirror Force. In my grave was Dark Magician and in my hand was dedication through darkness and light. He attacked, lost his monsters, cried. Ended his turn. I used monster reborn, summoned DMG used dedication, direct attack for win. He tried to cget the judges to say I lost.

Mr. Judgment Dragon
Reminds me of that one time when a guy almost started crying when I activated Scrap-Iron Scarecrow while I had the Dark Door on my field.Actually quite saddening to see a 30-year old guy who looks like he's going to shed a tear because of a children's card game... lol. The guy you dueled must've been a terrible player then.
