The Warden Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 Well, first I'll say that despite those 4 are a family, they are all self-adopted, as none of the bandicoots or Aku Aku are related biologically. That being said, Coco is only related in name, and yet Crash shows absolutely no signs of attraction in her. Moving on, in Crash 1, there is that raep face he makes during the levels when he rides that boar around. This goes on in how his girlfriend Tawna leaves him for Pinstripe. Now in Twinsanity, there is that moment where Crash is looking at Cortex's butt VERY intently before the humiliskate levels, he even sticks out his tongue and almost grabs it. During the Rollerbrawl part, during the spank animation, Crash's face indicates that he likes it, HE LIKE getting spanked by Cortex. In Tag Team Racing, he actually helps N.Gin in becomming a transvestite, by getting him a ballerina outfit. There was also that scene in the photo booth of him 'showing off the goods'. And then, let's move on to how Crash does not maintain a relationship with a female besides Coco, who he shows no signs of attraction for. And that many times he spends his journey with Aku Aku, who borderlines homo himself sometimes, especially during the early games where Crash wears him (Mardi Gras anyone?) Really, Crash would very likely end up dating Crunch. (Need I add that when he bikes, he wears a biker jacket with a furry collar, yeah, gay). Which also brings me on to how most of the time he runs around without a shirt on; unless you are really hetero, this act is also very gay. I should also discuss the family thing. Crash, Coco and Crunch are not biologically related, that dictates that Coco is available to both of them. And yet, Crash (as I said) has no attraction to her. And yet he hangs around with her and the hyper-masculine Crunch, who spends all his day working out and posing. Let's see, there is a rippling beefcake constantly showing off around him, and also the spunky priss girl who Crash has no attraction in. The Warden Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 I downloaded an iso for Crash 1, and found some of the platforming parts to be a little unforgiving, like, REALLY unforgiving. And that the collectible gems in the game require you to destroy every box and not die, which is hard to do sometimes. But yes, they are quite fun for their quirky design, course, you'd be hard up to locate the crash trilogy outside of an iso these days. Arm, you can't cut things out, I made points as whole, meaning you'd have to address the entire point. And besides, you made a hypocritical statement by using Twinsanity as a reference. Wrath of Cortex & Twinsanity were a continuation of the PS1 era, where I feel it ended with Twinsanity. Due to the alterations in character in TTR, such as Crunch becoming a Mr. T knock-off. Because even if someone comedically gave spiderman the power cosmic and made him captain universe, he still has the captian universe powers until they write a story taking it away. Video games work the same way. Unless a story straight out says "hey we don't count" or a different game says the other does not count, it actually happened. The fact that you are allowed to say stuff does not count cause the writer has a tendency towards this crap is no excuse. Thats why their are reboots. Did Crash get a reboot, if so then maybe you can argue that. But otherwise you have to look at the story not the creative team if you are talking about characters, if you want explanations for way story took certain directions you look at the creative team sure but mr Stimpy or whoever is not considered real in the Crash universe, for all the characters are concerned and thus for all we should be concerned in a character study Mr Stimpy does not exist. The weirdest thing is not how Crash is gay which I figure is probbaly likely as well.Gay can mean happy as well as homosexual and I don't remenber Crash losing his s*** eating grin. I think that was a nod by the makers of the story to Crash's nature in the sack. But like I said, that is not the weird thing here, the weirdest thing is taht this supposedly matters. Woopity do a character is gay, what a shock, a lot of cool characters are gay, hell I think HALF the characters in Fallout are gay, including one of my favorite ones. In addition unless people are upset their Crash Bandicoot fanfics are rendered invalid now I really fail to see what purpose this will have in gameplay. So I can imagine this never mattering. Plus this was proven with Deadpool being more orignal then Deathstroke even though deadpool is a deathstroke ripoff because deadpool is just that much cooler. Either way given your nonsensical post your character looks like a big douchebag. Why you chooose to post about him I will never no, I prefer my scenario that you look up to him as a weird role model which allows me to silently judge you. Either way since my character actually is not a sexist douchebag who ripped off conan the barbarian I am perfectly comfortable saying mine is cooler. Also, I'd like to point out that, you could quite simply accept the fact that Crash Bandicoot is, in reality, Bi-sexual thus allowing everyone to be both correct and incorrect. At least with Crash 2 and 3 the levels aren't as tedious.(Crash 2 had a few back-track stages.
