That would be the end of the show for you. >__> UH OH, SPOILER FAIL, SPOILER FAIL.But yeah, TTGL=smex.I honestly loved the series as a whole, but I can respect your opinion, Fen.Though the series would have been a little short v__vI think I liked it because I haven't seen an anime go that over the top since DBZ.Over the top is the way to be.That's what she said. Season two wasn't terrible at all, but it really did end bittersweet. [spoiler=Considering]They kill off quite a bit of the fighters from the Gurren-Brigade. I mean, seriously? Kamina's death was awesome but necessary. Their deaths were good but unnecessary. It gave Kittan a bit of a boost for his final Crowning Moment of Awesome but it was just unneeded. That and it would have been more proper to have the original fighters also fight for Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann instead of just everyone that survived. [spoiler=Also]I just realized how grim the moment was when Kittan kissed Yoko. When she said, "I can't stop you if you're doing it because you want to" I thought she meant the kiss. BUT SHE ACTUALLY MEANT HIM GOING IN AND GIGA DRILL BREAKING. Pretty much every character in the show who was important and was capable of having spiral power had more than him. ... And you saw what the lowest amount did to Thylimpth. Yoko was one of my favorite characters mainly because she wasn't just fanservice, and was actually arguably the toughest out of all of them. Kittan is my favorite, and while his death scene was fan-f***ing-tastic, I did want Yoko/Kittan to happen. She already lost Kamina dammit, and Kittan was practically her only final chance at having a family/good life. Kiss. Of. f***ing. Death.
