Truth is, Spyro has long-since been the same old Gem-collecting, mini-game centric game that most of us remember.

Now-a-days, its a weird-ass love interest/platformer/multiplayer :/

That right? Huh.

I'll look up some gamplay videos and see if it piques my interest.

I sadly never heard of a Dreamcast until it was discontinued for like, 5 years v__v

Fracture Hills, I knew that was it, just couldn't remember. I knew it was something that meant broken.

Granted, the one thing I think I loved most from Spyro 1 was the gems, they looked THE BEST in Spyro 1; then they changed them to those crummy new designs in 2 and 3. Remember that last treasure room in Gnasty's Loot? Do you remember how beautiful a room full of purples is? Because, if you don't, it was osmething they never repeated; the final bonus land in 3 doesn't count, as they come in a stream so you don't get a good look at em.

New Spyro isnt bad, its just.... He is part of a game that doesn't even need him :/

Skylands, SPYRO'S Adventure.

Yet, you can play as someone other then Spyro?

Wat.

@Broken: Best bonus stage ever.

But the best ending gimmick has to go to Spyro 2, and the perma-Superflame.

I heard that there was a glitch in 2 where you could pass uberflame onto a new game, Gnasty's Loot will ALWAYS be the best of the end game gimmicks. Seriously, a world full of 2000 treasure, sick. I never save my gave after doing it, so I can repeat it whenever.

Granted, I dunno why, but I also love Gnorc Cove.

What was neat about the Gnorcs in that stage, is their Ais will see you from like 5 feet away.

Most Spyro enemies will only see the player when they are about 6 inches away.

So basically as soon as you enter the same screen as them, they start firing.

They didn't repete this gimmick until Dino Mines in Spyro 3(I think)

The only reason I would play Spyro would be because the first three games were made by Insomniac, and I love Ratchet & Clank. Then again, I should see if that logic will apply to Resistance.

I got Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 from Amazon today. So far I'm settled on Spider-Man and Ghost Rider in my team. Dormammu wasn't as good as I had hoped, but he was still a bit fun to play as. Ghost Rider just kicks ass, and Spider-Man was always an obvious choice for me.

I have:

PS3 (PSN: Phantom_Roxas)

Wii

3DS

Two DS Lites (One broke at the hinge. It still works, but I got a new DS Lite afterwards)

GBA

GBA SP

N64 (In storage)

PSP-2000

I will always regret never getting a GameCube, since I was fine with my PS2 back in the day, but I gave that away after I got my PS3. I have no plans to get a Vita, unless Square Enix makes a bundle with a game I want to play. I don't plan to get any more GameCube games to play on the Wii because I want to see what GameCube games will end up on the Wii U's Virtual Console.
