We had to go with my parents to a doctors appointment my mom had. we got there early, and they got her in two hours late. That's not even the bad part. When they met with the "surgeon" like they were supposed to, they didn't. The got to meet with a "Physicians assistant" instead. So, when the assistant started to ask my mom what was wrong (She has two herniated disks in her back. HAS to have surgery.) she wouldn't let my mom say anything. She kept interrupting her asking "Can't you tell me? Huh? You don't know?" That made my dad pissed. Finally, my mom told her to look at the MRI of her back... Which the assistant completely ignored. So, when we finally got to the end, she told my mom to go sign up at a pain clinic... So they could "give a shot they don't have the technology to do." She said the shot was a one time thing. It isn't. My mom has been doing research, you have to get the shot consistently. We're all pissed cause she made my mom feel like it was her fault her back had been injured.
